I’ve got 2 of these at work and love them. The only problem is the filter plugs quickly and drywall, MDF dust goes straight through into the motor. The cure for this is the cyclone attachment, it is amazing. No more plugged filters, supper easy to empty, catches 99% of what you suck up. Great video Dan.
@@bertjedekatthere’s multiple models of vacuums made by Makita the cyclonic attachment might cost almost as much as their budget model but it is a nice addition to even their highest end brushless model. I think it’s an under engineering fix that they’ve just made an extra because the base model is good enough but why not just include it already on different models and help your loyal (and shrinking sadly) customer base save some money?
Anybody wondering about the cyclone I mentioned in my first comment, Makita 199553-5 Cyclone. It attaches inline between the vacuum body and the extension.
Thanks for sharing, will definitely get one for our motorhome. Love how you take your shoes off in your very tidy workroom!
Thnx! Gonna buy one today! The review was helping a lot💪
