Description: The capital built by the British: the circular parliament, the two symmetrical southern and northern blocks of the Secretary of State distributed on either side of the Kingsway today Raj-path, at the end of which will be built in 1929 the residence of Viceroy Rashtrapathi Bhawan. Lord Irwin, Viceroy from 1926 to 1931 inaugurated Parliament on 18 January 1927. A few months later, he received many Maharajahs, mainly from Punjab and Rajasthan (Jagatjit Singh, Maharajah of Kapurthala was present).

Always remember that we humans need a higher force to rule, it is applicable today too. If I give you a example, Maharaja Ganga Singh of Bikaner (which is smoking in the video) opened their treasuries to build banaras hindu university, built canals and schools in their kingdom. If the rule is that much cruel, then people wouldn't support the maharaja to rule. Don't blindly follow the communist propaganda and NCERT. Do some self research.

British helped to unify India and also brought in administration. Most of the North Indian desert was turned into lush farms by the British - they develop the Canal system roads etc..
