Even after seeing the OG, the prequels, the sequels, Rebels, playing Fallen Order and reading many comics. Trey Goldsworthy exactly! Aye its cool SW has a year to year calendar. Were still going to get more stories in the near future with Ahsoka, Rex, Maul (Crimson Dawn..?), Bo Katan, etc. That's awesome that these amazing arcs are still to be concluded.
If you look, Anakin's eyes weren't the sith yellow. I feel like once he found the lightsaber and realized it was Ahsoka's it brought Anakin back for a moment.
@@smolsfamilyreactions I've heard that Clone Wars hasn't actually ended. They have some plans for it. I'm not sure what they'll do but I hope it's awesome. It could be the life of the clones in the empire because clone wars is mainly about the clones for obvious reasons 😂
RIP Jesse, he was just a innocent pawn in Sidious’s plan, and Rip R7, G-G and Cheep. Seeing Vader ignite Ashoka’s Lightsaber is sad. He’s lost his wife, his friends, and his best friend, Obi Wan. The only thing left of Anakin was that his apprentice may be alive. Then he finds Ahsoka’s Lightsaber and believes she’s dead until Rebels.
"She's better than Rey though definitely." Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Hey Disney can women be sexist against women if we don't like Rey? If you want us to like Rey then maybe a Disney+ that expands on her character like how Clone Wars expanded on Anakin Skywalker? I'd dig that.
This is true....criticism of a character doesn't have to be based on gender, race, etc....true criticism is about story, character development, etc... We like Rey, we just didn't connect with her like other SW characters. So much uncapitalized potential with that character.
@@smolsfamilyreactions Exactly. I wanna like Rey too, she had that potential in the force awakens and I think a series would be great for her-IF she were taken down a couple pegs haha. I think Ahsoka showing her up would be the perfect foil for Rey.
Ribotto Studios when u create characters and a story to meet release dates, thus no outline, no passion, no creativity. U get the sequel trilogy & Rey. Any more exposition via Rey, a waist of time.
Anakin had almost a long story to tell. Rey only had 1 year with 1 week. Before Ep9 i was expecting a time-jump like 5-9 years, after read 1 year i just killed myself
@@smolsfamilyreactions I believe It was Lucas Films/Disney fault. Series like Clone Wars(s7), Rebels and Mandalorian all had a clear picture of where they wanted the story to go since the start. But the movies they let JJ Abrams and Rian Johnson run wild, so we end up with a trilogy where the last episode(IX) follows the story of the first(VII) while the middle one(VIII) does its own thing.
Maul must have taken some engineering course in his spare time. RIpping out the hyperdrive with force is one thing, but doing so without blowing himself up is what's really impressive.
It took me awhile to get this edited down so I could post it! This episode was both amazing and bittersweet....and very sad. But the whole final arc was great Star Wars story telling. The story of Anakin Skywalker is sooo tragic. One last glimpse at his eyes as the series concludes...as many here have said, remembering all he lost. Just Vader is left....and a little bit of good buried until Luke brought it out. Let us know what you thought of the episode and our reaction.
Dave Filoni want to turned all 4 episodes of Siege of Mandolore into a full movie that's the reason why the opens for 4 episodes are differents then the last 8 episodes & that the reason the last 3 episodes are short then ep.9 it's been confirmed by Dave himself. This is a perfect ending so we don't need more The Clone Wars season after this cuz you can't continue on the Clone Wars from this you just can't what's the point having another scene that takes place before season 7 what's the point of it? Plus this doesn't feel like a cliffhanger at all it really isn't so this is a perfect ending of the series. Plus I do have a Star Wars channel called, Zack Starkiller I done my spoilers review & give my thoughts of it.
There were a few story arcs that were in the works. Would have been cool to see them. But you're right, and as I mentioned, this is the end of The Clone Wars timeline. No cliffhanger.
There was the crystal crisis arc, bounty hunter arc, dark disciple, so many arcs in varying stages of animation. They should have completed them. Beats that stupid sisters arc in the middle of s7.
The last shot really drives home how the whole war, all the suffering and destruction and sacrifice and dead friends, it was all ultimately for nothing
Well...it certainly is sad. I wouldn't say it was for nothing though. Not for Ahsoka(whose story still isn't complete). But yes....the end game that Palpatine had in play for the clones ultimately makes The Clone Wars only about his power grab. Great story telling!!
Love your work! Man what a heartfelt bittersweet yet humble ending, I teared up so much in this and last episode. This show has literally been my childhood, a long 12 years it has been from an young kid to an adult, but we're finally here and its been an epic and awesome journey and I know you guys have felt the same! Love watching this and blind wave's channel for reactions they're so genuine.
"Vader didn't have to fly to a small, remote moon to look for the remains of one, insignificant Jedi in the old wreck of a Republic Cruiser, but Anakin needed to."
Both of the last episodes are just hard emotional gut punches. When I saw all the clones graves with all the helmets and then to finally see Jesse's....it made me cry. And then it just makes you think what where they really fighting for all this time and ultimately what did they die for?
Hopefully Disney will finish the 40 still remaining, yet unfinished episodes that were supposed to be released but then Disney took over and cancelled them (until now). You know, this searching party was Vaders personal side mission (it wasn't ordered by the emperor). He was looking for some1 to save him from himself, to make him fight and since he hated Obi-wan, Padme was dead and Anakins tries to use rituals atc. to ressurect her were constantly failing he had only one person left to whom he was as close as he used to be to Obi-wan or Padme, Ashoka. When Anakin entered the scene, the tone of those shoots, it fills you with hope, the were same thing he had up until he gently lifted Ashokas rusted lightsaber that he build for her.. In that scene you can clearly see Anakins eyes from the outside of Vaders helmet before he realizes that she is dead and everything he did and sacrificed was for nothing. Thats the moment to which Vaders refers to when he says ''Anakin Skywalker was weak, I destroyed him''. At that moment Anakin lost all hope and Vader was set free.
Really interesting to see the views different generations have. When Ashoka was pulling Mauls ship, I was instantly reminded of Starkiller and the star destroyer but your daughter (I’m assuming) thought of Rey in RoS! So fun and interesting to see. Awesome video, guys.
Star Wars The Clone Wars will forever be apart of my life and soul. Growing up from 9 to 21, I have watched this show from the very start with the movie to the very end with this finale episode and it will be forever loved and cherished. May the force be with you always. Seeing all of the Clone helmets with their graves just makes the tears start flowing. We all as the audience, fans, viewers, etc know that the Clones deserved so much better But may I just say that Clone Wars style Stormtroopers, Snowtrooper, and Darth Vader look so much better and cooler than Rebel’s designs.
I don't think it was only seeing Ahsoka's saber that brought Anakin back for a time. It was also the Morai or the sister from Mortis which was the owl like creature Anakin looked up at. The personification of the light side of the force. Seeing it brought Anakin back shortly but only later would he be redeemed from his son's actions.
Great reaction! This episode was great but tragic... Also this is a detail but it was fun to see how the Venator's main hangar bay connected to the ventral hangar with elevators and a garage. As a ship nerd I appreciated that xD
11:36 The fate of the Clones is very heartbreaking. They were saddened when she left the order after her being accused of a crime she never committed, then painted their helmets to match her when she came back to show there respect for her, then her being forced to fight them because they were programmed to do so, she never wanted to harm them, she still saw them as her friends as well as her family to a certain extent despite them trying to kill her. Burring them was very sad and heartbreaking...saying goodbye to the family she fought alongside for years as well as to the republic. Like Ashoka said: “the republic couldn’t have asked for better soldiers” and we shall never see the likes of them again. The mission...the nightmares...their...finally...over. Farewell clones...we will never forget you and thanks for everything.
I love your reaction and ever other reactors reaction to these last four episodes. I'm 42 and was such a big fan of Star Wars growing up and when the prequels came out it was a very big thing for us, and I got to share the prequels with my nephew when he was younger. Back then I would speculate and head cannon every aspect of the prequel trilogy. I remember how people back then would pick apart the flaws in the movie but I always saw the potential in the story and had expectations of where I wanted the story to go and I must say that this series exceeded my expectations.
That episode gave me chills. The atmosphere is so different, it’s such an emotional roller coaster because this series has a deep impact in the Star Wars community, the story, the music and the characters. For me it the best show ever.

I was 15 when Clone Wars movie came out , I watch Ahsoka and Rex journey since the movie. I never got mad on her character from the movie because she was 14 years old entering a war and had potential. Her growth with Anakin , Obiwan, Yoda and Plo Koon made her the best well rounded developed female force user character to me of all time. Rex was inspiring clone to think what was right and effecting him from his brothers especially fives death not being in vain. I would hope we see Ahsoka and rex story between Clone Wars and Rebels which will be 15 years apart.
Fun Fact: the planet they are landing on is HOTH, and this scene where vader finds ashoka's saber is during the process of the empire scouting for the rebel base on hoth, its just before the battle on hoth during Star wars V the empire strikes back, and a decent ammount of time after vaders duel with ashoka on malicore-9 where ashoka seemingly dies (Star Wars Rebels Episode) its a very cool time jump, that im pretty sure is correct from what infomation ive managed to gather. regardless it is a great omage to the main character of clone wars which was ashoka, Clone Wars Began and Ended with ashoka. RIP Clone Wars
Kept refreshing the RUclips reaction videos for yours to pop up. Glad to see your last clone wars reaction. Looking forward to future content you guys put out. 👍🏻
I’m trying to convince my dad to watch the clone wars but he swears that the OT is the only good Star Wars content ever made. How should I convince him?
Has he seen the Prequel Trilogy? I grew up with the OT and they are my favorites...always will be. The Prequels had to grow on me(except Revenge of the Sith which I have always loved). The Clone Wars have added so much depth and character development to the prequels that I now love them all. So if he has seen the prequels then he should definitely watch The Clone Wars!! But, if he hasn't then I would say two things. 1. The OT can never be replaced. It's okay to watch/enjoy other Star Wars without diminishing the OT. In fact, everything that has come out since the OT makes me love the OT that much more. 2. See if he'll watch the Prequels and or The Clone Wars with with you...time together if nothing else...and who knows, maybe he'll like it! But don't start with The Clone Wars movie! That might run him off for good!
loved it, but if you go back to the part where vader is looking up at the bird, or i forgot her name from the Mortis arc, the sister. But if you look closely you can see Anikan's eye and its not sith yellow.
Its Mori, a bird connected to the daughter of the light force. She gave her life to bring Ahsoka back to life. Since then, Mori is always around Ahsoka
I'd already heard that the final four episodes of this series take place during and after Revenge of the Sith, so I wasn't sure how to watch it. What I finally decided on was to book-end the film with them, so - first two, then film, then the last two. It still mixed things up a bit, but it seemed to work pretty well. Now though, with the end of this one skipping ahead quite a bit, going into Bad Batch from the end of this show takes you right back in time again. Ah well ... that's Star Wars! :-D
Hey guys, i‘m also a huge star wars fan and i really love the clone wars (so sad that it’s over now😢). I am from germany and i just want you to know that your are making great content and I really enjoy watching your reactions👍🏼 Go on und best regards🥳
Honestly what a groundbreaking and amazing show. It all started 12 years ago. Crazy. Depressed that it’s over. I was hoping they would show Anakin kill Shaak Ti at the temple or Ahsoka join up with Bail Organa and take on the Fulcrum name but it’s cool. Those story points weren’t part of the vision of the story they wanted to tell and I’m still very satisfied with what we got. I give my thanks to Dave Filoni, the writers, directors, cast and everyone else at Lucasfilm and Lucasfilm animation that brought us this series and gave us the conclusion it deserved.
Man I love Ahsoka. IMO one of the best characters ever not just in Star Wars. Is she a bit op now.. sure .. but never over the top. It makes sense and she earned it. Amazing character development throughout the series. She’s compared to Rey with holding back the ship but unlike Rey it didn’t feel OP and she wasn’t just born powerful. She’s failed, been knocked down, learned from some of the most powerful Jedi and her growth started at 14 with her abilities forged in war. Forget gender she’s just awesome and it was never forced. I really hope to see more of her but like your daughter I’m nervous with her being portrayed live and her VA is a big part of who she is so it’ll be weird with another voice. I plan to read her book as I’ve heard it’s great and takes place a year after this. Anyway awesome reaction with your family :-)
Thanks! Watch our trailer reactions to the sequels. We like the sequels. Sure we have a few criticisms but we enjoyed them. Also watch our 45 second video reaction leaving the theater of episode 9.
@@smolsfamilyreactions will do, sequels i liked 7 alot, i also feel like the clone wars greatly put a nice little ribbon on the prequels and helped out with legacy
I think I misunderstood your original comment...lol. We've had a few criticisms about some comments we made about sequels...so I interpreted yours that way as well. Sorry about that. Re-reading it I think you meant you wished the ST characters displayed the same type of emotion as these Clone Ward episodes...and I totally agree. But the lack of character development resulted in flatter emotions. But as I said, we do like the ST just with some criticisms. Hopefully I've understood your comment....thanks for watching!!!
Imagine this aired when it was supposed to and the clone wars wasn't cancelled and you saw this before rebels and didn't know whether or not ahsoka and rex would survive this. This was such a tense episode
There’s lots of great arch’s in both clone wars and rebels. If I had to pick just one for you guys to comment on it would probably be Mortis. But I’m down for anything.
And so ends the tragedy of The Clone Wars. Absolutely loved the ending. Is it kinda sad? Duh. But I like it better that way. The Clone Wars doesn't have a happy ending. It was never going to
The story of Anakin Skywalker is sooo tragic. One last glimpse at his eyes as the series concludes...as you said, remembering all he lost. Just Vader is left....and a little bit of good buried until Luke brought it out.
Have you guys ever watched avatar the last air bender? I’d love to see a reaction series of all of you guys too that, but it’s been great enjoying these last episodes with you guys!
Best piece of (canon) Star Wars in a long time :) But Filoni, in a interview after the final, when he was asked about future projects like with the Mando, he was still feeling hesitant about doing more life action work, since its so different and stuff … ARGS get it together dude, star wars needs you damnit, your worst is probably better than many others best... just saying.
We have, they are just rumors....but another "Lost Episodes" season would be cool. However, if they do it....it will likely be quite awhile before it happens. They don't want to take away from how The Clone Wars ended.
Smols Family Reactions I got big faith here because think about all the casual viewers, “Wait how tf does Maul get back to Mandalore??” Like yeah there’s a comic but for people like all my friends for example who don’t go as deep into Star Wars, and for fans like us who love everything, it would be a huge drive for success imo

It's not Hoth.
Great reaction, loved the episode and loved the series, great to share the experience with you guys. keep up the very good work
Thank you very much!! We definitely enjoyed doing this.
You guys are family goals
8:34 "She's better than Rey though". You my friend, have earned a sub and a like.
May the force be with you all
You can feel the pain Anakin feels when he holds the saber and looks up
*the faint owl cry, too...*
Very tragic...sad.
Yesterday had us bombarded with toons of news! :O
Kept refreshing the RUclips reaction videos for yours to pop up. Glad to see your last clone wars reaction. Looking forward to future content you guys put out. 👍🏻
Thank you. Took us a little bit to watch it and then get it edited enough to post. Can't wait to do more.
I cried. The teenage girl didn't. Welp.....shoot
"Start pulling star destroyers out of the sky"
I meannnnn he did yoink it out of hyper space.
The end scene probably takes place about 13 BBY, as by that point all clone troopers and republic tech had been phased out
loved it, but if you go back to the part where vader is looking up at the bird, or i forgot her name from the Mortis arc, the sister. But if you look closely you can see Anikan's eye and its not sith yellow.
Yeah when i realized that i got so sad
I’m still questioning myself about that Bird, what’s so special about it?
Its Mori, a bird connected to the daughter of the light force. She gave her life to bring Ahsoka back to life. Since then, Mori is always around Ahsoka
i counted em. 6 whole "Gollys" from the family
All great things come to an end, this show is gonna be missed dearly
i expected to see vader, yet not in this way 😳 a perfect ending we didnt know we needed
Thanks!
Exactly. I was hoping to see Obi Wan record his message to the Jedi and other things like you mentioned, however I think they handled it just right.
Very well said...totally agree!
Hey bro i really liked your geniuwine raw reaction video, i wish these type of emotions in the clone wars were shown in the sequels
That was the ending that the series deserved. I was so unhappy as they stoped at season 6.
Exactly. And it really stopped at season 5 as season 6 was the "lost episodes."
lil bro in the back chillin enjoying it never talks. In his head he’s prolly like yo stfu I can’t hear it
Imagine this aired when it was supposed to and the clone wars wasn't cancelled and you saw this before rebels and didn't know whether or not ahsoka and rex would survive this. This was such a tense episode
I said the same thing during this episode!
obi wan series is on hold Indefinitely
Golly
Keep up the content! Dave Filoni is a god!
This arc is my 2nd favorite star wars movie of all time behind ESB
12:55 The feels will be with you.... always.
Definitely!
8:33 *raging Rey fans comments*
Raging?
Smols Family Reactions like big rey fans that they try to explain why she is better than Ahsoka
Gotcha.
Great review!
Did y'all see Vaders eye
We didn't on the first watch...but have since. So well done...so much emotion.
Awesome vid! May the 4th be with you
Thanks!
hahaha her face at 0:16 is awesome
Yeah...I see that face a lot!!
Awesome reaction
Dave Filoni.....the best Star Wars work lv probably ever seen...easily
4:10 I wasn't the only one who said that also 🤣
12:31 I mean, snow...
this was my Childhood
Disney trying to keep their streaming service alive with as much Star Wars content as they can pump out haha. It works out for us too haha.
There’s lots of great arch’s in both clone wars and rebels. If I had to pick just one for you guys to comment on it would probably be Mortis. But I’m down for anything.
That is definitely on the list!!
And so ends the tragedy of The Clone Wars. Absolutely loved the ending. Is it kinda sad? Duh. But I like it better that way. The Clone Wars doesn't have a happy ending. It was never going to
13:30u can actully see into his helmet and see a part of his right eye
Imagine they drop a remake of the battle of Mustafar 😍
I want so much fanart with the shot of Vader as he remembers all he lost. Padme obi Wan Rex and ahsoka
The story of Anakin Skywalker is sooo tragic. One last glimpse at his eyes as the series concludes...as you said, remembering all he lost. Just Vader is left....and a little bit of good buried until Luke brought it out.
@@smolsfamilyreactions it hurts man.
Have you guys ever watched avatar the last air bender? I’d love to see a reaction series of all of you guys too that, but it’s been great enjoying these last episodes with you guys!
I cried😭
Best piece of (canon) Star Wars in a long time :) But Filoni, in a interview after the final, when he was asked about future projects like with the Mando, he was still feeling hesitant about doing more life action work, since its so different and stuff … ARGS get it together dude, star wars needs you damnit, your worst is probably better than many others best... just saying.
Right! And...he doesn't need to direct. But he definitely needs to be involved in the creative process with future Star Wars releases.
When you see his eyes they are blue not yellow so after he see’s ahsoka’s lightsaber he thinks she died in the crash so the final part of anakin dies
did you guys see darth vaders eyes at the end? you can see it through his red lens
We didn't on the first watch, but have since. Very well done.
@@smolsfamilyreactions thank you enjoy
How don’t you have more subs?
Have you heard the rumors of them possibly making more clone wars episodes if this season does good numbers?
We have, they are just rumors....but another "Lost Episodes" season would be cool. However, if they do it....it will likely be quite awhile before it happens. They don't want to take away from how The Clone Wars ended.
Smols Family Reactions I got big faith here because think about all the casual viewers, “Wait how tf does Maul get back to Mandalore??” Like yeah there’s a comic but for people like all my friends for example who don’t go as deep into Star Wars, and for fans like us who love everything, it would be a huge drive for success imo
10:19 What is she saying all the time? Kah li or something I can't hear lol
Gollee!!! Lol...she even got me saying it!
Nice vid guys
Thanks!
Gaw-lee :o
