    I was debating between this the 80 C and the Bravia 7. Personally I like this one engineering background because it’s at the right price point and you get the 120 HC and it’s perfect for gaming I’m gonna get it for my PlayStation five

      @@WaltsTV yeah the Bravia is seven is nice but it’s closer to around $2000 honestly I don’t see $700 worth of improvements from the $1300 X89L and the $2000 Bravia 7. I’m sure it comes with some more bells and whistles like it has some bezels but I would rather get two tv’s a 42” X90L for my master and the 65” for my living room and it will come to about the same price. Two Sony middle of the road tv’s are better than one middle-high end road tv.

    The only thing is wrong with this tv is the HDMI. Why they put the 4K/120 and eArc in one HDMI? What if you have 2 consoles and have a home theater?

    • @WaltsTV
      @WaltsTV  2 месяца назад

      Then you have to spend a tad bit more on something like the A90L

      @@WaltsTV I’m just saying Sony could do better this is not a cheap tv. A TV that is price a $1000 and up and a recent model should have all the great features like all HDMI 2.1 or 2.2.

    Yesterday I bought this TV , maybe I haven’t been able to “adjust” properly the TV , so far disappointed with the image ☹️ my 10 years old Samsung has a brighter and sharper image, just replacing it because the lack of Dolby Vision/Atmos , nothing else 😔

    Why talk about audio? All TVs have crap audio and needs to be connected to a decent audio playback system. It has digital, analog and bluetooth out in addition to the HDMI. So you’ll be able to get the audio anywhere. Great! In other words: 100% Audio score.

      yes if you plan on hooking it up to something. its more to get people thinking about a sound bar so they are not disappointed in the long run.

      @@WaltsTV Everyone must hook it up to something. If you don’t have a decent pair of speakers, you need to calculate that into your TV budget. A TV half the price but with a pair of used b&w CM1s or similar will give a massively improved experience compared to buying a luxury TV with crap built in audio.
      Soundbars have very limited fidelity and is bad bang for buck btw.

      Its a toss up, the 80C does have 4 2.1 ports and I think a better operating system, but this is a tad cheaper and still looks good.

      Hi, no I I’m actually UK and I’m awaiting delivery of my X90L… but I thought I would point it out in case it was a mistake as I wouldn’t have expected a link in a video about a TV to take me to an offer for a different TV.

    I feel this set has been blown way out of proportion regarding its picture quality. The Sony Bravia 3 60Hz will give you 95% of the same picture to average tv viewers. But the real bargain is the X85K for $898. It’s 120Hz and actually had better reliability ratings over the X90L. Full array local dimming is mostly a gimmick folks. Unless you like blooming which the other cheaper models don’t do.

    • @WaltsTV
      @WaltsTV  Месяц назад

      It depends on the content you watch, if your big into movies then yeah I wouldn't consider this TV. The OLEDs do a much better job. This is great for someone with a bright room or someone who likes to watch sports!
