Thanks for the videos Ray. Just a suggestion...wrap the roast immediately...don't wait to take it in the house etc.. If your target is 145...take it off at 140...the temp will rise while resting.
Doug McLeod thanks man appreciate the kind words. That is a material separator I use for gold panning, most gold panning screens fit on standard 5 gallon buckets. Shouldn’t be very hard to find one and they have various screen sizes. Just search for gold panning Classifiers
