This video made me buy a couple of his series -- which are really unique -- and filled with stuff that I think is going to work well. I'm just getting deep into them now but it seems good for the old man (like myself) who can't always fend off all you young whipper-snappers, and are forced to give up the back. I still don't prefer to be a turtle but if I have to be, it's best to learn how to be a snapper.

I tried this a couple of nights ago and the first time forgot to put my knee out to block them... That quickly turns this from baiting the back to just giving them your back. Couple of rolls later I pulled it off and got a very quick tap. Love it!
