I'd say with the way it got to 280 it would have probably made it to 300 if it had no limiter... with 363hp it's a pretty fantastic achievement! And probably it wasn't even making that much power with a broken lambda sensor the ECU couldn't do fuel correction so it wasn't a perfect condition by any means!

I have just bought one of these, and it’s tuned with a beautiful exhaust. Mine is the black edition so it’s basically the top interior spec and these videos don’t do these cars justice. I bought the car from watching this video so I want to make it clear that I like the guy who makes this channel. However i was shocked at how nice the cabin was and the performance is ridiculous. People you need to remember that it’s a tiny car, like a little Porsche so mine is at around 250 BHP and for car of that size, it just flys!!

The DSG would kill that car, at least the ones on that gen, but a 4motion would help a lot, even more in the 0-100kph.

The last versions had DSG and Iam quite sure that for at least the Iberian Markets this model was also available with DSG. I dont mind not having AWD, but RWD was like a dream if I could have it in my Ibiza :D
Add weigth will make them slower.
@Even Longer dsg overal is faster ofcourse. but faster doesnt always mean better or more fun. a manual gearbox is a thousend times nicer to drive in my opinion (i own both)

@martin There is definetely something about Seats man. I currently own a Leon 1st gen, 1.9tdi arl with a remap and it makes around 180hp. Most 200-220hp cars have no chance.

Weight, they only weigh about 1100-200kg. So power to weight ratio is amazing

holy shit, this little beast is not a pocket rocket, it´s more like a pocket missile. I Have a seat leon 1.8t (same engine) with a stage 2+ (around 260hp and a shitload of torque) and it´s very freaking fast, i cant imagine how it will feel with 100hp more and 200kg less.

ADVICE NEEDED! Love the upgrades, but I'm not too keen on obnoxiously loud exhausts and pops at all. How could I achieve a result similar or near to this without annoying the neighbours every time I start the car or drive at night?

What gopro do you use ?
I have one with a stage 1. 265 bhp and 450NM of torque . It wheel spins in 4th gear if your not careful ..Total beast for a small car .
265hp and 450nm for only a stage 1 is not possible
@@theRaw6 thats what the dyno said. Its done 20,000 miles. They have 195bhp and 320 nm of torque standard. I got a bespoke map done on a rolling road.
@@ChrisBird1 yes I know I got the same car in stage 3, but stage 1 are at ~240hp and ~400nm max, so the big difference with your number is weird
@@theRaw6 265hp is definitely possible on stage 1 with the 1.8tsi... stage 3 is just under 400hp on these cars...you must have the shite 1.4tsi lol

The engine is shit, oil consuption, poor performance for 180 hp, the dsg6 is shit, limited to 250 nm, and fragile

How is the 1.8 tsi versus 2.0 tsi in terms of reliability?
1.8t is usually FWD only. 2.0t is fwd and Quattro for Audi.
Pretty much the same as the engines are almost identical...both EA888.3
