    EC 13

I have the V2 Bianca, and the KPc value is 0.8. Should I set it to 0.4? Is this an improvement for the machine?

I am confused. What is the difference between the EC Offset, the Brew Temp Offset, and the boiler temperature setting (mug icon set at 95C on on my V3 Lelit Bianca)?

If your Caffè is tasty and delicious it doesn't matter at all because the temperature is perfect. EC offset compensates the loss of temperature of the water on its way through the E61 to the portafilter (generally between 10°C and approx. 15°C depending on the surrounding circumstances). Brew Temp Offset is a Lelit innovation to control the temperature during the flow (either loss compensation with +values or cooling down with -). Boiler temperature on the display shows (should!) the actual real temperature of the E61 at the portafilter.

does this warm up the machine faster?

No. The settings for reaching the final temperature faster are already fixed by Lelit in the under-menue with several clever evaluated parameters of the Bianca. What makes the Bianca the fastest E61 machine on the market.

@@lelitinsider2977 If i increase the coffee brew temperature by 3 degrees (say from 93 to 96), is this equivalent to changing the EC offset from 10 (the default factory setting) to 13 ?

It depends where you live (altitude) or how much stuff (cups, towel) creates heat bildup upon your machine.
