I have 2 story based scenario's for you that you might like, they are in the fashion of the post apocolyptic story, the reason that i am sending this is because i am getting bored of these last few quite stale videos with the line defense kind of gameplay and I think this is a real shame because you have a real talent in the MoW editor.
these scenarios are for red rising offcourse
Scenario 1: 2nd American civil war, we al know that Donald trump has won the elections and about his contraversial plans about immigration (not making this biased), his plan is to deport al illigal immigrants back to where they came from, now i have heard that the california police department already said that refuse to help trump in doing this. California is always known as a more liberal state so what if the governor said that he will not carry out the orders given by Trump, this will create a dissident state and a political crisis, California will become a safe haven for immigrants because they will not be deported here and more liberal western states will follow the example of california, the federal goverment decides that enough is enough and wants to replace the governers in these states, with force if they have to because the behavior of the western states is making a division in the US, the western states are outraged and call for a outright seccesion, creating 2 Americas, 1 is the pro trump united states and the other is the more liberal Democratic states of America, or DSA, a war erupts and in some liberal northern states people are taking to the streets demanding that their states also join the DSA. Of the foreign nations, russia and china will support trump militarly because he is better to their interest and the EU will stay out of it. Now you can create your own story about this scenario
Scenario 2: Inner European war, we al know about Brexit and the rise of right wing populism in Europe. In 2016, GB leaves the EU, this comes a shock to the EU leadership and they are trying to prevent other nations from leaving the union aswell, in 2018, they come with a solution: A secret law thats to be passed called Protocal 67Q, it makes it possible for EU memberstates to militarly intervine should more then 4 states leave the union to stop it from being tored apart. 2 years later in 2020, 3 more states have decided to leave the union after right wing goverments came to power: The Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden, the EU have not called upon protocal 67Q because they did not want a war, but talks have begun between the Exit nations about beginning a Right wing, anti immigration, trade union and military alliance, called the North Sea trade and Strategic community, the EU now has to act because they are afraid of a slavic union forming in the East after talks of this have begun, they want to prevent a dangerous rivalry between the different european organisations and the dissolution of the EU, so the reveal protocal 67Q to the people and their plans to invade the NTSC states, the NTSC launches a preemptive strike with a combined dutch british assault of Belgium, taking Brussels, (NTSC nations have large armies because they invested a lot in defense as a part of the right wing policies and have conscription again(also a idea often a idea proposed by right wing politicians)) thus the great european war starts, with america backing the eu and russia backing the NTSC because it serves their interests best. again the way the missions play out is al up to you, but this the scenario as it is.

Factions: DSA, USA, various militias
Locations- American mid west, utah desert, a large battle for nellis air force base perhaps? Great lakes region.
Good and evil of both sides:
USA evil- White supremacist militias made up of former aryan gang members, christian fundamentalist, regular soldiers commiting war crimes.
DSA evil- Anarchist, communist militias, SJW turned war criminals ( i see this happening) and black supremacist made up of former bloods and crip ( they fight for usa to but are mostly pro DSA) hispanic gangs, like ms13 and 13th street gangs, they form anti white death squads
USA good- Soldiers who are simply loyal to the state and who see the DSA as a dangerous rebel cause tearing America apart after trump made it great again, right wing militias who are not radical but who simply love their country and supported trump, they dont commit war crimes.
DSA: Democratic Soldiers who want equality for everyone and want to go back to a america where everybody has the change to become great, black white of hispanic. liberal militias who have the same motivation as the above said soldiers.
Scenario 2
Factions: EU member states, NTSC member states, SP (Slavic Pact) states of poland, slovenia and czech republic
Locations- Belgium, Invasion of northern france, german invasion of Denmark, slavic pact invasion of east germany after slavic pact is formed, the netherlands, southern Britain and northern Germany
evil and good i have to add dont have much time left
change the name of Barcelona pact to north sea trade and strategic community or NTSC, Barcelona makes no sense, my original plan was to involve spain but it are mostly north sea countries, the reason the slavic pact is formed is because eastern EU states refuse to join the war against NTSC states and sympatise with its right wing anti immigration policies but they cant join because the NTSC dont want economicly weaker eastern bloc countries joining them ( its one of the reason they left the EU, they dont want to pay for the poorer nations making themselves poor) so poland slovenia and the czech republic form their own union, this pact is only at war with the EU.

in reality soviet army quickly crushed japanese kwantung army, losing 5 times less soldiers than japanese, so video is not very realistic, but map is cool.
Also they were kind of in a mad rush. Which meant that surrendering Japanese troops suddenly found themselves overtaken by the advancing soviets. Essentially they had nobody to surrender too. Pretty crazy, but the Soviets knew the USA was going to end the war soon so they decided they had to take more ground to secure it for after the war.

The Russians conducted 5 beach landings, 3 in korea, 1 in sakhalin island, and 1 in the kuril islands, i believe at the kurils they actually suffered heavy casualties storming some of the islands, the fighting was similar to D Day or Iwo Jima, were the japanese fought to the last man in suicidal warfare.
I would much rather take Season 2 of the Post apocalyptic series over this scenario we have seen you do many times each with slight differences or different factions but essentially the same thing.

I think a better name for this mission would be "the re-taking of the Kuril Islands by the Soviet Union from Japan" or something like that. It would make more sense since during the Manchurian campaign not a whole lot of beach assaults took place, more ground warfare.

Uhm, to be honest, i love your content and i know you shoot for alot of historical battles but. A soviet invasion from the sea would be impossible since the russian navy was in the Baltic or Black seas, no way for them to get it to Vladivostok. Not only this but the USSR directly borders Machuria so they wouldn't even need to use Navy to invade.... Albeit an entertaining episode and inspiration for me to play MoW:AS2, just gonna point that out ^^

In what? Call to Arms? Unless you deluxe edition, you can't get skirmish until the game is fully released (i think).

i loved the vid but i was sligtly annoyed because the t70 would have taken out the mortar and the machine gun allowing the infantry to move up and fully take the position :D (also i know its a month after but whatever)

Russian Naval Arty probably makes no sence because they didn't even have a true navy (only torpedo boats, few submarines and destroyers)

Manchuria should be an autonomous state. The 1932 borders of Manchuria should be reestablished by the Soviet and North Korean Armies.
