Crete, Greece, The village of Palia Rumata and short gorge. Pretty waterfall!

One of the prettiest short hikes in Western Crete in a lush green gorge with a nice stream running through. The village has nice traditional taverna with great food or you can bring a picnic lunch. Peaceful as can be as we didn't see another person along the trail. The waterfall is a couple maybe 3 kilometers away by car and a very short hike a few hundred meters if that to one of the nicest waterfalls on Crete.
