Fun fact: last summer I was making avo toast, I got the pit out using a super sharp knife, but the knife slipped and I was left with a bloody finger. So I had to go to the ER a get 3 stitches. Use a spoon kids

A hot bath when you’re on your period is the bomb .com 😩 My friend got an IUD put in the other day and had super bad cramping...turns out she had a cyst in her ovary that ruptured during the procedure. Rip lol. So at least you’re not her 😂❤️

love your vlogs! Fit with Cambrie however promotes diet culture, restriction, detoxes/cleanses, etc. and other harmful information. She also is not a registered dietician or MD. Just thought it would be helpful to share for anyone struggling with eating disorders/body image.
Try CBD for period cramps! It took away my mild period cramps. However, if your cramps are debilitating and interrupt your day, you should get checked by your doctor because that is a big symptom of endometriois and could be impacting your fertility. Really painful periods that interrupt your life aren't normal!
