Such good info for the app! I don’t know when but I am determined to talk Dave into a Virgin cruise. It may be a while ( gotta get that DVC paid down or off) but I think we would love it. Also,😊 some easter eggs on your upcoming cruises 🥰.

Mmm. What’s Bob drinking? There’s an App for everything. So helpful. I really want to do a Virgin Cruise but Hubby will never be able to travel with me and it seems like it’s geared towards couples/romance. Would it be weird to do with a friend? Or if I did it solo would it look like I was there looking for fun and games?
Bob had a dirty martini 🍸 definitely not geared towards only couples. There are lots of groups of friends, mother/daughters and singles that go. The types of people that do Virgin cruises are all so friendly and everyone talks to everyone. It’s a “you do you” kind of cruise line. I think you’d have a great time cruising solo or with Britt or other friends 😊

Do you know if it is possible to book tables at the restaurants for more people?
For example, we are traveling in two couples, will I be able to book for us four our do they have to try and get the same time slot as me and my husband?
Hello! Yes you sure can! When you go to book your dining times it will give you an option for how many people you’d like to book for. Also in the app at the bottom you’ll see a “messenger” section, if you click that you’ll see a red button called “contacts” where you can link your friends for messages and such if you like.

We are a couple travelling, do we both have to download the app each to our phone or can 1 person fill out everything for both of us on one phone only? Sorry first cruise.
Hi there! Not a silly question at all! One person can do it from their phone for you both, you’ll just need a security photo for your traveling partner. In the Home page of the app you’ll see the section called “check in and get ready to sail” that is where the lead person in your cabin will do their check in. Under that you’ll see “one of your cabin mates needs help” that’s where you’ll complete the process for your partner.

Can I pick our disembarkation time on the app?
Yes you can, you will find it under “shore things” click on the last day of your cruise and it will give you a choice of times. But you won’t be able to book it until after you are on the ship.
hi :) it says on my app that my other sailor needs help, also says that on the website too but he has done everything that is needed to be done and like me only has the health questioneer to do (before our sailing). so im not sure what they are saying that he hasnt done
Hi there! I would go back through again and make sure everything is checked off, there could be some small detail you could have missed (they are easy to miss sometimes) and if you still can’t find it I would go ahead and give Virgin a call. they can have a look and help you out if it still remains a mystery. 😊
