Love my old style dual brew. Its soooo good 👍 As for the needles, it does indeed make a difference. You can really tell when you use the 5 pin keurig machine vs a single pin. If you make the coffees side by side the single pin literally taste like swill in comparison to the 5 pin. Point is it may not be quite as noticeable with the 3 pin but it is def a better cup of Joe with the more pins this way the water stream is not so concetrated in one spot, it evenly soaks all the grinds as the water flows through
2yr update on the DualBrew Pro: thanks to your reviews and tips, its still going strong! To use the pod adapter, the best advice I give is to clean it out every time! It makes a huge difference. Most days I use a reusable pod when using the pod adapter. If everything is clean only thing at the bottom of the cup is a little bit of silt or sediment. The same thing happens with a french press. But the coffee is really good. I do think this machine is better for medium and dark roast coffees. I've put light roast in it, it was good, but other machines or methods work better for light roasts. The hot water feature, is the best! No waiting for water on the stove! It's so easy to use my 7yr old uses it for oatmeal, noodles, tea, there's so many uses for it!
Great review! I don’t understand why they would make one that won’t fit under the kitchen counter. Will shop for the dual brew! Love that hot water feature❤
Thank you for such a thorough review. We currently have an old CF085 that has started beeping as if the pot has been removed and is still brewing but it isn't. We only use the Classic and over ice brew but our biggest thing is we want to use our current permanent cone filter. Your video answered all of our questions.
My coffee maker is similar to the one on the left, but my dial is smaller and doesn't light up. It made coffee great for about 2 months. However, about 3-4 times a week the grounds run over the filter and the pot is full of coffee grounds. The reason for buying was to only have one machine on my counter. The pod adapter on mine is big and clunky. This newer model looks a bit easier to use. Maybe by the time Christmas 2024 gets here I will be tired and willing upgrade - but I just can justify what I paid for mine and the cost of a new one. Thanks for your review.
No comparison in my opinion- Dual brew pro is so much better. Latest model does not interest me at all. Awesome video though. Thanks for explaining different features so well.
I cannot make a pod cup Of coffee without grounds in the coffee. I followed your instructions and have wasted several pods trying to make it work. Any suggestions.
I left a comment on your other vid about that Pods and Grounds, I think Walmart sells it without the frother and that’s the only difference that I could see but I look forward to seeing your comparison. Good video as always.
Reached out to Ninja and they told me this CFP101 (Dual Brew) is the new version of the CFP201. They could not confirm if a newer version of the CFP301 (Dual Brew Pro) is in the works…
I have the 301 that I bought mainly to make single servings of specialty coffees. You can see during your k cup comparison that the brew in the 301 is lighter in color, it starts out almost clear. If you test the water temperature at this point it will be well below 195, so what you will end up with is a single serving of under extracted brew. Specialty coffee should be brewed at 195F minimum from start to finish. I understand that the initial temperature of the brew exiting the pod may be lower than the end temperature but the brew should never be clear. The comparison is visual proof that the 101 is making a better single serving. Could you measure how long it takes for both units to get to temp?
Definitely the version CFP301 is a good machine BUT in this week my machine start with a horrible issue, when is making the coffee maybe 5 or 6 second later the machine turns off so I need to I need to start the process again and this issue is every time when I want a coffee.
I just bought the Ninja dual brew ice for my girlfriend for Christmas. And yeah it does make a pretty good cup of coffee. Is there a reusable Keurig you recommend? I purchased a Java Jig and the coffee is not strong enough for my liking, it makes it into a coffee tea. But when I use a prepackaged Keurig or fulfill the basket with coffee grounds it works great.
Can you confirm that the CFP101 brews at a much lower temp during Over Ice setting than other settings (it is for me)? I’m finding the brew temp on each setting is lower than I’d like (even when putting hot water in the tank), especially Over Ice setting, and am trying to find a way to maximize brewing temp / steep of the coffee.
Question on the CFP101, if I make a pot of coffee and after it’s done my wife wants a k cup of decaf coffee. Will the hot plate immediately turn off? Kind of hoping so because of possible accidental burn.
Give me 3 needles or give me death! Seriously, I'm convinced the coffee tastes better precisely because more water is running over more coffee surface.
Older one seems better because I have pets and hair likes to get on my appliances and I’m not too fond with that new one having the pod thing on the back. And the other one has 3 needles too. But then again I don’t need it since I have the keurig smart plus one.

Thanks for the review on the newest model. Glad Santa bought the model with separate hot water.
You bet
Love the drumstick pointer 😊

I think this cfp 101 replaces the cfp 201. It would seem like Ninja is due to make a new model of the cfp 301 shown in this video.
Additionally, the pod and grounds adapters on the new model are WAY easier to clean and store vs the big, bulky ones on the older CFP301.
I cannot make a pod cup

Yep I just bought that one from Walmart, Thanks for letting me know about it. Video coming soon!
@@JustADad definitely looking forward to it!
Great video. Love the way you present.
Thank you 😊

Thanks for info! wow that is some research!!! for being a newer version of the CFP201 it sure does look like a whole new coffee maker. thanks!

how does the delay feature work?

I didn’t see anything about a brew delay. Do either have this option? For the drip coffee only and what sizes will it brew in delay?
Which permenant filter do i buy for the CFP 101 ? Thanks very much.
Just a dad signature blend I like the sound of that will it be available in k-cup form? I'd love to try some!
Thanks so much!!! yes it will be available in K Cup!!!
@JustADad no problem. I just hope I can find it
So no one talks about the plastic bobble thing that comes in water reservoir I need help
How can you fix a clog on the new one. I just got it not even a month ago.
What’s the temperature for hot and boil water?

the over ice setting does not brew at lower temp

Does the cfp101 allow you to add a filter to the water tank?
no
Tha one with de hot water don’t have the “keep warm”? 😢😢
Whats the real difference with the pod classic vs rich. Does rich take longer to make?
yes slower brew to extract more coffee flavor.
Give me 3 needles or give me death! Seriously, I'm convinced the coffee tastes better precisely because more water is running over more coffee surface.
It does 😂
