My goodness! You are the most thorough reviewer I’ve ever come across. You went a step further and educated on how to use the machine. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!

Just a Dad…… your are the BEST!!! I received this as a gift and the instructions were not as clear as yours!!! Ninja should pay you for this!!! I sooooooo appreciate you!!!! I have made my cup of coffe and am now just watching to see what else you have to say! God bless you! Keep doing what you are doing!!!!
My wife got me an early Father's Day gift. Thanks for the videos, they're great!
Enjoy!
I have used this Ninja for several months now and have found very quickly that when using K-cups the Filter Basket should be removed. With the Filter Basket in place; the pod ends up ejecting coffee grounds into your mug because the water does not drain out of the basket quickly enough.
I believe there is a mistake in instructions for this Ninja Coffee Maker about leaving the Brew Basket in place.
I never have grounds in my coffee mug when brewing with only the pod adapter in place.
Very informative instructions and review. Thank you for producing your top notch videos.
I have had this unit a year now and it is my all time favorite. I went through so many kueriqs that all stopped working even with cleaning. My friend had this one since launch and it is flawless. Also kcups are NOT weak using it. I use amazon brand french roast silimo coffee kcips and they are DARK brewed. THE 3 needle design is amazing. 1 time grounds back up in the kcup top part, causign pumping issues, however there is a litle port tube in front you back suck on to get grounds out and blow through it to or use a syringe to flush water through to clear it fast. then no issues. Clean it on clean cycle hen it says or regular with white vinegar then a full tank water to rinse. Keeps it flawless (takes over 70 minutes but cleans it completely. SInce day one cofee always tastes better then in a kueriq. frother works nice. tank can sit on side of swivel to back. THE BEST MACHINE!!!!!!!!!!!
Mines doing this every time with those pods.
I know this is a two year-old review, but I’ve watched several of yours about the different ninja coffee pots! I was a little confused on which one I want. I drilled it down to two of them and after watching this one I decided to buy this one! I lucked out because it’s Christmas 2023 and Kohl’s had it on sale with a coupon for $135! I figured a weeks delivery, but I got it the next day. I’m so excited! Santa was good to me this year! Not only does it make delicious coffee, I love the frothier on it! But the big selling point to me was the hot water access! Now I just have to go buy some K cups! Thank you for another excellent review. You went through the machine in detail and it was just a very good thorough review!
Thanks for watching
Excellent video!!! When I first saw that it was 38 minutes I was like, meh that’s too long of a video. However, even though I watched it in segments, your video was worth watching every second. You covered what needed to be covered without dragging it out with anything unnecessary or stammering. You explained everything that was easy to understand and made great observations. Job well done, sir!
Awesome! Thank you! I always try to keep them short but this one has a lot going on. thanks so much for your kind words!!!!
I totally agree! Subscribed due to this video because it's hard to find quality reviews like this one!
@@natalydelcielo Wow thanks so much for your support and kind words!! they really do mean so much!!! What is your favorite Coffee?
What a review. I had watched a few reviews and then i came across yours. What a difference.
Since i watched this on my TV, and you were so thorough I had to go to my phone to comment. Excellent review. Thank you
Best and most thorough video to date! You covered all the functions others haven't. Mine was delivered today and I am so excited!
Awesome! Thank you!
Thanks for this detail video! I was debating on getting this one or a Keurig and helped me with my decision. You sold me!
Good choice! Let me know how it goes!!
Best “Coffee” unit I have ever owned.
You have changed the world how you do all your wonderful reviews.
If anyone Wants a all in “One” this’s it!!
Other Coffee until are very expensive to buy their pods.
You can get boiling hot water for making soup or making vegetables on your stove faster.
Amazing review, thank you. I was leaning towards the Ninja CFP301 with all the options provided and saw it was on a sale at Amazon today, $180 vs what appears to be the current MSRP of $230 based on Walmart and other retailers. This review sealed the deal for me. Not only does it have options, but they all appear to work well enough to great. Knock on wood, Ninja hasn't let me down yet, and I wouldn't say they make bullet proof equipment, they seem to be built well enough over slightly less expensive competition that I'll pony up for them. Successfully used Ninja 1500 W blender, 8 Qt air fryer and bought one for my Mom. Due to circumstances outside of Ninja, I needed to replace the blender, air fryer and my coffee maker. Basically repurchased the same blender, slightly updated air fryer and now this coffee maker which is a big step over my old Keurig. Thank you again.
THANKS SO MUCH for your video! I needed an in depth review before I purchased. You are easy to understand and informative. Ninja should put you on their payroll! Thanks again!!!
You are so welcome! Thanks so much!!!!!!!
Excellent video. I fought to get my machine to brew after watching other videos. You were thorough and explicit it. Thank you. This video I will share.
This should be the standard for coffee maker reviews. Awesome job!
Wow, thanks!
You are one MARVELOUS RUclipsr!!! Just received my Ninja Duel Brew Pro ☕ today!! I am an electronic nerd but when my sister and I looked at all of those instructions, I said "Oh God NO, I'm going on RUclips to watch a video on how to use this thing" and yours, thankfully, was the 1st in line!!!
Thank you SO VERY MUCH, Just a Dad for making my life SO much easier!!! Your setup & brew tutorials are AMAZING!! VERY informative & SO easy to understand and use my new Ninja!!! Looking forward to watching all of your other videos, especially the ones where you recreate some of the favs from ☕ shops!!!
Your so welcome, Thanks for Watching!
@@JustADad, you to are so welcome!!! Sadly though, the more we are using the Ninja Duel Brew Pro we are wondering, even though it's amazing for most people, if it's worth the $173.00. Reason being, we use the single cup adapter for our Kuerig, a lot, so we bought the reusable filter for the Ninja too because it would be to expensive to use single use filters for every 1 cup but, it seems that when we use this filter the cup of coffee isn't as strong as the single cup adapter. I think because Ninja filter has a plastic circle at the bottom so the water cant flow through the grounds well enough & they get pushed up around the sides. Do you have any idea or suggestions on what we can do? That's if you even understand what I just explained. We would hate to return it!
Thank you very much!!
Great review. I bought this today based on all of my research. I recommend the CFP301. Not the 451COO from Costco etc. I was told by Ninja that the 451 is inferior to the 301. Even though technically it's a higher model number. Absolutely love the design and functionality of this coffee masterpiece. Best hot chocolate. Not sure why but the water comes out better than the electric kettle. Great use for the frother is mixing your drink. Whether it's an alcoholic cocktail or coffee with cream. It doesn't heat up but it stirs it nicely the same as those handheld ones you can get.
Your reviews are phenomenal! Exactly what someone who is contemplating a purchase wants and needs to hear. I especially love that you have reviewed so many different versions of the Ninja coffee makers so I could really compare and make my decision. I ordered this one and it should be here tomorrow. Can't wait! Thanks again..
You will love it!
@@JustADad Oh my, I sure do! So many options, fast brewing, and excellent quality drinks. Thanks again for the thorough review.
@@marypeters8654You're definitely going to Love it..
My gf just bought this as a gift for our apartment and your guide was amazing! We are upgrading from an Amazon Basics 5 cup maker, so this is pretty much a quantum leap forward lol
That is awesome! yeah there is so much this coffee maker can do!
For those of you that are interested in this machine, Best Buy has it for $159 with a Thermal Carafe as part of their Black Friday sales, plus free S/H. I caved and couldn't pass it up despite being unable to use reusable k cups. I'll just use the 8 ounce setting and make an individual cup using ground coffee. I've been using it for a couple of days now and the thermal carafe is great. Makes the perfect amount of coffee for me and my wife.
Thanks for Sharing!!!
@@JustADad You're welcome! Your review certainly helped convince me to upgrade. Now, what to do with my Keurig Duo Plus, K Supreme, K Supreme Plus (which I picked up at the QVC outlet store for $84). I know, I have coffee machine issues. What the heck, this is a Christmas present to myself. Ho-Ho-Ho!!
@@rdbiker LOL enjoy!!!!
Thanks!
Thanks for posting this, I would have never thought to check Best But. I did an online order pickup from a Best Buy about an hour from my house. They were the only store in the area that still had them in stock with the insulated carafe. Well worth the drive. That also put me just down the road from The Fresh Market so I of course stopped to grab some fresh coffee beans to try.
Your review made me decide on getting this machine. It works better than my 2k delonghi I just returned. Thank you for being so thorough I really appreciate it.
Awesome thanks for sharing your story!!! Keep me posted!!!
After this I’m going on a vacation from RUclips. I’m tired of going broke. My cousin once asked me do you have everything? Answer. Nope need to watch more incredible reviews. Just ordered mine today.
I get that, you will love this coffee maker, you can do so much with it!!!
Just purchased this last night online at Bed Bath and Beyond. They had this coffee maker for $50 off for Black Friday, plus there was an additional 25% off coupon. My total including tax was around $143 (which made it a must have since the original price is $229).
That is an amazing price!!!!
Thanks for the tip! I ordered one from BB&B at 3:15p yesterday afternoon and got the same deal. They said it'd be delivered Dec 2-7, but I happened to check my emails last night and saw one that said the Ninja had been delivered at 6p! I said "No way, this is a mistake," but I looked on my porch, and there it was! Unbelievable!!!
I just ran the first pot of water through to rinse it, per the Quick Start Guide. It took 8 min to do the 55 oz. pot on Classic Brew.
Yesterday morning, I checked the temperature (using a Thermapen 5) of my coffee from my old Capresso coffee maker after I'd poured it into the cup (I just make an 8 oz. cup, not a pot), and it was 160°. I did the same today with water poured from the new Ninja, and it was 172°! This would be great, but it may also have been due to just doing water, not coffee, or from doing a whole pot instead of just a cup. I'm eager to see how it does tomorrow with just a cup and with coffee instead of water.
Since I just have one cup a day, to help me wake up, I'm also curious to see if a 4 oz. (+4 oz. milk) Specialty Brew will have enough caffeine to wake me up like my 8 oz. coffee does.
@@Jim_in_AR Wow Awesome!!! thanks for sharing your story, I love to hear you story and how its going, keep me updated!!!
Thank you so much for all your tutorials!! I purchased the Ninja CFP301 because of you!
It is definitely an awesome coffee maker!!
Appreciate your help!!!!
Your so welcome! thanks for the udpate!
Thanks for the video I was stuck on how to use the ground coffee thing. I didn't realize that the cover pulled forward until I saw your video. Happy now!!!
I have now bought way too many coffee machines because of your great and thorough videos. I just bought this one, and have now used it for a day, and really really am happy with the purchase. I am done with Keurig’s. I just always seem to have an add water issue with the Keurig’s. So now onto Ninja. Thank you for your reviews!
How do you like it so far?
Hi Just a Dad! Thank you for the thorough review! After watching this video I felt like getting this coffee machine and I did!! The problem was that I live in Brazil and it is not for sale here, then I had to import it. The coffee maker has just arrived and I'm very satisfied!!! Keep doing a great job!!!
Glad I could help! Wow Brazil!!! that is awesome!!! thanks for sharing!!
Thank you I couldn't get it to work and by watching your video I saw that I had to close that little lever on the bottom. I am finally enjoying a cup of coffee, thanks again
You're welcome!
Ninja has really came a long way with their coffee makers! I might get one in the future 😁
I thought the same thing. this is a big improvement with lots of nice features. I just saw the other Ninja bual brew at walmart today, so these will be rolling out all over I bet.
WOW, thank you, thank you, thank you. This is such a thorough review. I have the CFP302 which does not have the warming plate and you made my setup uncomplicated for me. Just PERFECT. You are The Best.
This was one of the most thorough reviews I’ve ever seen. Thank you!
Wow, thank you!
Just retired my Keurig for this CP301. Am really appreciating the taste of the coffee, its speed at brewing, and the hot water dispenser (boil makes excellent single cups of tea). Thanks for your demos on this coffeemaker.
Thanks for sharing your story!! and coffee Journey!!
I haven’t finished the video yet, but kudos for the taking the temperature from the stream and not after it brewed into a cold mug. First person I’ve seen do it that way. It’s much more accurate.
Your welcome, You will love this coffee maker!
Love how thorough these reviews are and your honesty. You sold me on this one for sure! Can’t wait to use it!
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for your nice words!!!!1
I love watching your videos! You are so through in explaining things in deep yet simplest form thank you!
You are so welcome!
I learned a lot from this video. Great job❗️I didn’t need to go through the manual 😁
Glad it helped!
What a great review! The Ninja Dual Brew Pro Coffee System is fantastic!
I agree!!
Thank you for posting. You give the most detailed reviews on the products present. You have been my go to content creator for a couple of products I have purchased. I will continue to check here first before I make a purchase.
Thank you for all that you do ❤
I don't mind the beeps, my bird likes it! You do such thorough video's really appreciate it!
What an excellent review! Thanks for taking the time to post.
Just a note: You can run the hot water feature with the coffee auto drip on closed so there’s no need to remove the basket to prevent dripping.
I just bought this mean machine. I'm never completely sure of my purchases. However, after watching this video. It's probably the best decision I have ever made in my entire life for anything that I've ever purchased.
🧐...I love this guy, he's so thorough he's almost comical. But I like this video. Because if you're spending your hard-earned money you want to make sure that you're getting the most bang for the buck.
Therefore, when I tell you this guy is thorough in his reviews. Believe me.
For example, "high altitude brewing"? I guess there's a difference between low altitude brewing. I don't know, but coffee seems to taste the same to me whether it's high altitude or low altitude. LMAO.
My absolute favorite coffee machine
Hey brother, I really appreciate your thorough review. I bought this today largely because of your review. Kohl's had a couple of coupons, so I got it for $161.49 before tax, $175.00 total. This machine is very cool. Thanks again for the great review! Edit to add: A couple of observations that you didn't mention in your review. I find the lid on the carafe very difficult to work with. Hard to remove it and get it back into place, Also, the silver part of the piece that you slide that dispenses the water when using the carafe gets VERY hot! Have to be careful not to touch that.
Thanks for watching!!! these are some great points you have found and thanks for Sharing!!! I should have pointed out the lid on the carafe. you have to start almost all the way around then turn it on. yeah the silver part get hot, thanks for helping others!!!
@@JustADad I finally got the carafe lid figured out. Have you used the hot water feature yet? The water coming out has a funky taste to it. I've run a bunch of water through it but can't get that funny taste to go away.
@@juliusseizure2673 wow, I just checked mine. I don' t have any bad taste. My hot water does not smell or taste bad.

Thanks for the thorough review! I bought one at BB&B for $125. Blackfriday plus a 25% online code. Hell of a deal!
Love a good deal! Thanks for watching!
Just bought this after screwing around with a Breville Barista for too long. Can’t wait to have normal coffee again.
This is the best review I’ve ever seen, thank you so much sir !!!
Wow, thanks!
Love that I don’t have to have 2 different appliances on the counter!!
We had had this coffee maker for about a week.. its great and so easy..love it and I watched this video before using it. Its all explained well. He covers everything really well and sets you up for sucess !!!
How’s it so far for you?
Thank you Sir: I like your Explaining clearly every detail. Because I just bought this model I really love it, When I watch some other people videos not explain as you do . The reason why I search video to makes sure I assembly a correctly. I used to bought other brand but not good ended up I threw it away.
You are welcome!
Thank you for showing all kind of instructions. It is really helpful to me. I have learned everything from your video.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for your kind words!!!!
Wow!.This was the best video, so helpful.loved all of the specific details!!! Thank you!!!
Glad I could help!
Ninja makes long lasting coffee makers, that make great coffee.
I agree
Just bought one because the one we had before kids died last night. 3 kids and no coffee during the summer is playing with fire. Since we are older parents we decided to go a bit fancier. I feel we may be spoiled with this machine! 😂
Thanks dad! This is exactly what I needed after Xmas!
Glad I could help!
Thank you for your thorough review. I watched this before picking up one for myself. This has been my experience with brewing K-Cups and I let Ninja know about it. The length of the needles are more than a 1/16th of an inch shorter than the Keurig’s needle. The length of the needles and the gasket surrounding the needles do not provide an efficient seal on the top of the K-Cup, hence the grounds in the coffee. In my experience it didn’t happen with K-Cups where the top puffed up. If the top of the K-Cup is convex then you’re more likely to get grounds in your coffee. I think this coffee maker has a brilliant design it just needs some tweaks in the K-Cup brewer.
Yes I agree!
never had issues with grounds except with 1 particular brand i stopped using (the labels also would pop off) however clean the kcup top part regularly. Some time leaving the kcups in causing a ground expansin to back into the tube, flush port through with syringe and water and soak in sink daily or every two days. (port backed up after a few lazy weeks). Still my favorite machine after kueriqs breaking and pumps failing so fast and going through 4 of those. Ninja clean cycle takes over 70 minutes but does a complete cleanings job.

Thank you so much!!
Amazing detail, you've been so helpful throughout the learning process!!!! Thank you 🙂
You are so welcome!
Best coffee I’ve ever had!
Really nice it beeps at you when it done.
This was great! I just exchanged my Cuisinart Combo maker for this Duo, and I am in LOVE!!!! I love the fact that it does just about everything you can ask for, (except heating the milk). But that's not a big deal for me. I can't wait for my granddaughter to come and check out the frother, she is 6 but loves to us a frother on her chocolate milk, or anything!
Sounds like a lot of fun!!! You are going to be the cool Grandma with a frother! Thanks for watching and I am glad it helped!
Not being able to heat the milk was a real disappointment for me. I just ordered the Keurig K-Cafe Special Edition that has the heated milk frother and was looking for a smaller similar coffee maker to take to my office since we will soon start to work at the office a few days a week. Honestly I am not so sure how much I would use the frother at the office anyway. However, the hot water is what makes me REALLY want to buy this. I live in Alaska and would love to drink some hot tea or spiced cider after coming in from the cold at work. Love those hygge ("hyoo - gah") moments.
Thank you so very much for the detailed review, it's so helpful. Bought the Ninja DualBrew Pro CPF301C, Canadian Version from Amazon and quite happy with that.
just ordered mine today for black friday 150$ best buy. Thanks for the info brother
You will love it!!!
What an amazingly great and thoughtful review! You showed me a ton of stuff I needed to consider while doing my research! Great review! Please keep making videos! Blessings
Awesome! Thank you!
Excellent video, review and tips! Liked and subscribed! Will definitely try some of what you mentioned with mine - picked it up in August and haven’t tried much besides k-cup, single cup with grounds and half-carafe (one of my favorite uses because after over a decade of single cup brewing in a variety of ways, sometimes you just want coffee in a pot 😊).
Awesome, thank you!
Hello Ace: can you tell how you do your sgl cup with grounds? Do you use the large basket paper filters? I'll go broke using maybe two per day. My Kuerig has a reusable plastic basket. Thanks
@@sirdroll Hello will, yes, I use the paper filters - for me it’s what makes it work best for me in terms of cleanup.
Awesome review. Thank you. Picked one up today for Black Friday for 179 plus 45.00 in Kohls cash.
That is an amazing price!!!
Great review!! I was debating between the CFP 201 and CFP 301 and this video just sold me on the CFP301 model. Thanks so much :)
My pleasure!
ThNk you, I have this machine on Friday, looking forward to using it
Hope you enjoy it!
Great great review. Thank you so much for putting all time just for us to understand how it functions. Best review ever in here. Thank you again.
Glad it was helpful!
Just got this same one last week at Target for $179 on sale. Didn’t open it yet… went to Costco today and saw their Costco version of this and wow!! Some differences but yes! I love the larger brew! Up to 65 oz! There is no hot water feature and the water reservoir does not move from side to rear. The front display is a lot like the model that does not have the frother. Tested it all tonight and love it! But you’re right. I don’t like that you have to manually move the closed and open. Oh! And the Costco one called me with the permanent filter too! Thanks again! Pretty much the same instructions go to this Costco model 😊
My favorite beverage is cappuccino!
My Keurig is on it's last leg, so. I think this will be my next baby. I was hesitant about getting this because I'm cheap cheap cheap cheap and didn't want to pay 200 for a coffee maker. But oh well, I want it. Especially after this video. Nice, detailed review👍🏽
Hope you enjoy it!
I purchased the Dual Brew at Costco for $99 two weeks ago. It was hard to figure out how to use. Three days ago, I saw the Pro at Kohls. I paid $130 after discounts and coupons. The Pro is much easier to use. I like it way better.
Thank you for this thorough video! It will make it very easy to use.

@@JustADad Thank you Sir!
Great video and very detailed. I just saw one of these at Best Buy in Texas that has a thermal carafe. Getting it tomorrow
Hope you enjoy it!
I appreciated your review it ws very through. Is your thermometer accurate? Best coffee water temperature is between 195°F-205°F - - - NOT 157°F - 165°F Brewing temp has been the biggest complaint against Ninja coffee makers. I like the features, but refuse to spend $200 on a coffee maker and then be forced to microwave the coffee...
Great video. I’m about to order from Kohl’s with discount and kohl’s cash. TIP for hot coffee: I put hot water from tap in my cup to get it warm and then it doesn’t cool down the coffee when it comes out of the drip
Thanks for Watching!!! Great tip also!
You can't use "regular" reusable K-cups, but you can buy specially made K-cups for this machine. They work great! I use them everyday.
