There's a much easier way which basically works as good. Basically just keep the centre wiper and just rebolt it on at a similar angle you shown and test. You may have to tweak the position a little to get the wiper to clear the most of the windscreen possible. You also may have to shave a little bit of the cowling where the arm may hit
Or just use a rear motor from a few different types of cars. Nissan cube, ford freestyle, ford expedition. Will all work on RHD cars. Im building the only 90s model RHD Ford Ranger in the US and a mono wiper conversion is the only way i can go without more fab work. Since im doing everything on a stock LHD firewall i figure why do extra work. Those 3 vehicles use a rear wiper motor that all have a large sweep. Best of luck.
on my r31 the side wipers linkage broke so to get me by in the middle of winter i just re adjusted the centre one to reach more of the windscreen by doing as stated in elliots comment uuntil i had time to get the parts and fix it properly
@@Randaljoness good luck .... I scored a new in sealed package bonrath wiper for 315ish us dollars. But also have a second one from a company that makes Porsche aftermarket items these days in the mail also new. It may pop up on eBay sometime this spring if I don't buy another mk4 by then
Bonrath doesn't build those since a loooong time... I just scored one for my mk4 TDI and the quality of a well designed and developed wiper kit vs any! Diy improvisation or imitation more so; is in my opinion well worth the money.

Netjes uitgelegd, makkelijk te volgen. Echter is het mogelijk om de wisser precies in het midden te laten komen ipv zo schuin?.
Groetjes Dewi.
So is that 7cm between the holes bud
would you happen to know the lengths for a mk3 golf to make a 180 sweep? or close to it? or know a resource to find these measurements?
You need to paint the mirrors, or maybe get the "m3 " styled ones like original
