Didn't really play much early on in June - was working on the Elden Ring Platinum, which I finished late into the month, then blew through a bunch of short games in the backlog. Followed that up with AI The Sominium Files, which I finished at the beginning of July, fun game, very intriguing and cool design. Had a wonderful time playing it. Now I'm currently working on FFX HD Remaster (With some Gems of War and Corridor Z to break things up when needed). This was a great video as always, never any doubt it will be though. Thank you for another fantastic video, and see you for the next one.

I spent June playing Stellar Blade, which I ended up enjoying it way more than I thought I would (I even started new game plus the next day I beat it). Definitely one of my favorite games of the year. I also played Resleriana to try to catch up with new chapters, but I didn't get far in that. I was able to properly level up my characters to get past the part I was stuck in and advance the story (I'm actually at the chapter you showed in this video with the black bird monster). I played some Star Rail and started Wuthering Waves. Fast forward to August and I finally started my Trails of Cold Steel playthrough. I bought Tokyo Xanadu Ex+ way back when it first came out on the PS4 and it's still sitting on my backlog. I'll get to it one day. 😅 Thanks for the video!!

I planned to grab Granblue when it came out, but I got buried in other releases in February.
Similarly, I purchased SMT V, but I also started the Elden Ring DLC, and that ate up my time instead.
I'm skipping out on Reynatis, even though I like ARPGs, if because it's not getting an english dub.
I'm still holding out on a console release of Trails of the Sky before I start that journey.
I played a lot of smaller games in June, other than Elden Ring. Dodgeball Academia and Wild at Heart being highlights. Finished off a neat metroid-like called Rebel Transmute that I'd been dabbling with for a couple months. Also knocked off a strategy rogue-like game called The Land Beneath Us.
For July, I'm looking at an TacticsRPG oldie that's getting released on PS Premium called Jeanne d'arc. I had played it on the PS Vita way back, but never finished, and this is my excuse to go back. Also, Kunitsu-Gami is an ActionRPG mixed with Tower Defense, that's got me intrigued. Lastly, Schim is this weird platform-puzzle game where you can only jump from shadow to shadow - and that stuff is just right up my alley.
Hope to start SMT V, but we'll see, lol. Catch ya for the next update.

I play most RPGs, not just JRPGs but my two main games last month were diablo 4 and final fantasy 16, d4 is more of a long term game that ill probably be playing off and on for about the next year while ff16 was absolutely amazing with its DLC, i played the game on performance mode which i dont understand why ppl didn't like that mode, maybe its because i have a VRR TV, but it wasnt blurry and ran mostly smooth, especially during gameplay, the quality mode gave me motion sickness so i couldn't play it that way, it was the same with ff7 remake on ps5, i also finally played trails into reverie on ps5 last month for the first time after playing zero last year and azure this past spring i really enjoyed reverie tho, had a short 35 hour story but then took me over 170 hours to 100%, which was just as long as Cold Steel 3, which took me by surprise, i thought it was going to have much less content, but the reverie corridor was an amazing idea, ended up becoming by favorite trails game so far gameplay wise with the freedom to build my own party and builds was addicting and fun, this being my final trails game before playing daybreak next im going to miss these characters and this gameplay style that we have had now since i first played sky fc on PSP back in 2012

This time around I ended up finishing P4G with the golden ending, playing the entirety of Gurumin 3D, and have advanced I think halfway through Stella Glow. P4G was just as good as I thought it’d be, with it beating P3 in my Persona game rankings. Gurumin was really cute and charming, and was honestly quite better than I thought it’d be (and it has some surprisingly catchy tracks). Stella Glow has been quite entertaining so far, with the strategy gameplay being quite fun and with the social elements being so as well. It does have a lot of cliches, but the story and characters are entertaining enough for me.

Nice! Well done on finishing Mushoku as well; I was interested in that one (my boyfriend loves the anime) until it showed the gameplay had a lot of first-person stuff. Am hoping it goes down in price someday :3 Hope July was good and good luck this month! :))

I managed to finish two games in June/recently but I don't think either count as a JRPG. These were Astral Chain and Cris Tales. I have also been playing Cosmic Star Heroine and in July I am well into Trails through Daybreak.

For June, I played through Paper Mario 64 since Thousand Year Door made me want to revisit the game. Other than that, I mostly played SMT 5 Vengeance and still playing it right now.
I'm grabbing both Trails and Tokyo Xanadu, but probably won't get to those right away. I fell behind and still need to play Reverie, so will need to see how the month shakes out.

In June I played Neptunia gamemaker, Trails through Daybreaks demo, and squeezed in Loop8 since Daybreak was around the corner and I knew it was short and I wouldn’t mind if it was interrupted if I couldn’t finish. Managed to finally get past chapter 9 in Resna that I was stuck on for a while but now facing same roadblock in chapter 11 so still a bit of grinding to do there. Trails is my favorite series so currently fully committed to Daybreak.

I have the English version of Tokyo Xanadu Ex+, and it's a game worth playing and I had a lot of fun with it and you putting on this video reminds me I got to finish the playthrough of the English version of it on my channel 😊. And the game Atelier Resleriana I'm having fun with that game as well as a game I think it's worth playing as well and you're really awesome reminding me I got to finish chapter 8 to get to the big chapter 9.

I recently picked up the PS4 version of Tokyo Xanadu Ex+ for $20 US used. I’ve heard it’s a good game and although I know that it won’t have an English dub, I’ll put up with it and read the English text as the game goes. Yeah I heard that it’s coming for Switch soon but I assume it’s the same as the PS4 version due to the Ex+ being the same at the end of the name.

I didnt play Azure for lack of time but i'm 15h in daybreak (i love it so much!).
Still in fond of Resliana, i gave up on others gacha (even star rail).
I'm glad EU ver got all those QoL even tho they're not perfect (auto equip for example) and even the mass alchemy which is totally useless.
Jrpg are going strong this year!

its not a jrpg, but in june i played some of tell me why and i enjoyed it. its a narrative adventure game made by the same people who make the life is strange series and it actually might be my sleeper hit of the year. im playing through daybreak now and only completed the first part of the prologue, but i'm enjoying it. only issue i've seen so far is some translation problems but those don't really bother me.

Just got into Trails From Zero again after a break of a year. It’s a good game. I wish they released the Sky trilogy on Switch as well. I don’t like playing JRPGs on the computer and the PSP versions are inferior and we didn’t get the entire trilogy anyway.

I finally finished the post game for Reverie last month (was pushing it off lol) and started NG+ on it and NG+ for Persona 4 Golden. My copy of Daybreak hasn't arrived yet due to ordering the plushy LE. I'm planning on playing it when it comes in though!

Not sure if it was during June, but I did play Silent Hope's demo and I was loving it
Can't wait to try the full game and having my demo save file transferred
Same for TWEWY Final Remix, though I only played the first 4 days of Shiki's week and then I stopped due to remembering how bad the controls were for this version
Thankfully, June wasn't completely wasted as I did enjoy Sea of Stars during our annual St-Jean-Baptiste weekend as MY way to celebrate our French-Canadian culture with this gem of a game made in Quebec
As for July... I just came back from my vacation, so I'm still figuring out what to play (and also *trying* to resist the urge to buy those J/RPGs that's coming out lol)
