Right? Real eco buds would have replaceable batteries on the buds and the case, so they'd never become e-waste.

they're SkullCandy. They'll likely have the typical "V" sound they usually do. Not a bad thing, but definitely not studio monitors

The buds still use lithium. The case is 2X thicker, due to the built-in cable. Having no top to the case isn’t a feature, just a way to save money.
