Do you know the name of the actual composer of this version? I collect vinyl records and I'm sure this is on vinyl somewhere. If I can find the name of the orchestra who played this piece then I can hopefully find the vinyl.
Okey Underwood You are right and wrong at the same time, in English I should write it "czar" but I'm belgian and in french and some other languages we write it "Tzar" or "Tsar".
aah, then the game I'm thinking of its doing it the way the country of origin spelled it, because cards against humanity spells it one way, while Toy Soldiers' boss is spelled the European way.

But in English "Czar" is closer.
