One question as I can't find it through the link to the event page etc, is there a breakdown of how much of the 10k goes to the charity? That would be very important for me to see before I'd donate! Thanks, and absolute best of luck :)
Thanks man. I don’t know the breakdown yet but we all need to raise the €10K to participate. The hotels and bike hire are obviously taken from this but all other expenses are covered by ourselves. Like I say, not sure of which hospital gets which percentage under the Children’s Health Foundation here in Ireland but the hospitals which benefit are Temple St, Crumlin, Tallaght and Connolly. Hope all is well State side! 🇺🇸
@@WheelieGoodTV ah very good, I'm sure they have sponsors and stuff hotels wise to keep that to a minimum :) That's the job! Id love to do 66 myself some day on an old POS I restore myself or something 😂 Best of luck with it! All is good here bud, hope Ireland isn't too wet 😂

Great holiday raising money for an amazing hospital.
Hopefully this comment won’t warrant a visit from Jacob Marley, when you hit your target of €10k does the whole amount go to the hospital or does a percentage of it pay for your holiday?
EVERY cent I raise will go to the charity. How they distribute it is up to them. I have looked at their past efforts and it is incredible what they have accomplished. Why don’t you take it up with them if you’re so concerned. I take it you haven’t donated, so don’t worry your money is your own. My own expenses will be funded by ME!

Many thanks for your reply, obviously things are a bit different in Eire than they are in England where a percentage of the fun raising would go towards flights, bike hire, hotel costs, insurance etc etc.
