Mine works fine until I get to 20%. After that, it doesn't matter how I place my finger, the device does not progress any further. It just keeps asking me to press inside the circle. But it never allows me to go on. It's simply stuck at 20%. So there won't be any fingerprint biometrics for me!🤨
same issue here.. I removed my screen protector and it worked.. but this one really sucks cause I think you have to choose between protecting your screen or having a finger print lock protection.
On my phone, when I have an image showing percentages, a vertical line is displayed in the middle of the phone, as if the screen was damaged and the phone is brand new, just bought, is it supposed to be like this?
im struggling with it, it seems to not reconize when i finish !!! thought it must be A55 issue !
finger print behind the the phone was the best I don't know why the phone companies changed it's position
