Always love watching your interviews! I’ve been running Hyperborea since December for my group, and it’s been awesome. They just hopped in a flying saucer bound for Mars, and I’m using The Vaults of Yoh-Vombis as the main inspiration.
Backed this kickstarter as soon as it came out. I'm running a Hyperborea campaign right now. I'm just finishing up a Hyperborea adaptation of DCC Doom of Savage Kings. I also started with Late Trappers Lament, except I had them going from Port Zangerios to Khromarium. I was hoping to move them into the Lamia's Heart, then Ghost Ship of the Desert Dunes and eventually Sea Wolf's daughter, but the party decided to head to Swampgate, so I had to adapt.
@@JeffTalanian We have an priest of Apollo in the party, but he rolled a really bad Con, so his hp are terrible. When he got to Khromarium they were having the week long Apollo festival and the followers of Apollo were teasing him because he looked kind of shabby and old. They kept giving him skin care advice. He heard rumours about a magic hot spring in the Lug wasteland where he might be able to restore some of his youth and vigor, which is one of the reasons they went to Swampgate. They're a bit preoccupied with dealing with the demonic hound (from Doom of Savage Kings), but I'm hoping to have a scene eventually where he's bathing in a magic hot spring surrounded by tar pits infested with formless spawn that are all creeping up on him. If he survives, I'll give him a nice Con boost.
Great talk guys, the new modules sound great. Sessions with out combat are very cool. I plan for these when prepping. Investigation and intrege are powerful story moments.
Jeff Boss 🙏 I would ADORE a small "History of Hyperborea" thats player friendly and could introduce people to the world or let them take deeper interest in everything with needing to open the Referee's book. I know thats asking a lot but i wanted to atleast drop the idea. OH or you could drop narrations on a RUclips channel 😅 I would 100% love to hear you ramble on about the history of your world and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Thanks for having me on the show! I love chatting with the good captain about RPGs and more. Such a great time. Thanks for watching, folks!

It is a good idea! Perhaps someday! One project at a time! :)
@@JeffTalanian Completely understandable.
Thank you for even considering it 🍻
@@captcorajus Right tho ?
I'm glad I'm not the only one who would enjoy that.
A vast sadistic feast!
The only way to exit

Any adventure that takes you to another world or time is garbage. Spell Jammer was a flop for a reason.
Doesn't every adventure take you to another time and place? Seems like the point of the game. LOVE Spell Jamnmer.
Thanks for watching!
I bet you're a real blast at parties.
