Should be. Their ISD is only slightly larger (about 5cm/2" in both directions) than the UCS so once you get down to the little ships, most of that variance should be eaten up by the inherent accuracy limits of working in bricks.
One day, I'll make a bunch of the micro ships and make a chess game but with LEGO micro SW ships!
