    RECIPE:
    2Lbs to 3Lbs of Pork Loin or Pork Spare Ribs
    8 Tomatios
    2 Large Jalapenos or more to taste
    5 Cloves of Garlic
    1 to 3 Poblano Chilis
    1 Cup of Water
    Salt to taste
    Brown Pork in 3Tbs of Vegetable Oil
    Place ingredients on cookie sheet to blacken. Then place in Blender or Food Processor. Then stir in with meat. Add water to just below the top of the meat. Let water reduce then serve.
