I love the endencom ships, the DPS against big targets can be a problem though - you have to have all the skills way up for it...

You are a little wrong with how you explain the DPS against hitting multiple targets. If you're hitting multiple targets with a local rep yes you will be doing less damage if you're hitting multiple targets doing remote reps they target the same Target so the other targets will not be getting reps.
