MATTEO AND ALESSIO INAMA ON THEIR SOAVE CLASSICO VINTAGE SELECTION 2016

James tasted in Italy with the Inama brothers, Matteo (left) and Alessio (right). Azienda Agricola Inama is releasing a Cru Soave called “Vintage Collection” which they aged seven years in stainless vats (2016 on the label) and it’s a complex and thoughtful wine highlighting how the best in Soave is comparable to top whites around the world including Burgundy.
