Should you paint your tile roof

Tiled roofs fade and gather a patina over time and homeowners often ask whether painting the tiles is a valid maintenance solution.
We, at the Roofing Portal have extensive experience with painted roofs and we think that there are no compelling reasons why tile roofs need painting as part of its maintenance requirements.

That’s easy, NO… The paint blocks up all the water channels on the tiles. A big no no a big no no 😤😠😡🤬😤

no, after paint still leak is because there is micro hole/worn tile or crack tile. Blocking water channels will just let the water run from the top to another lower direction

What are you talking about? Paint does not block water channels, the angle and channel is the same only coated with paint.
