2weeks later !! I just put a 12v battery in the power wheels car, surprising this flex seal modification actually works amazingly ,the car is no longer doing stand stills or getting stuck in cracks, push the pedal and it takes off, try it for yourself ,let it Harding up for a few days
I rhino lined my tires. Bought a spray in bed liner kit for my truck and used the leftover on my kids tires. That works good. Never tried flex seal. Very interesting stuff.
How about an update? Is it still holding up or is it peeling off like most other products like this? Also- how has the gearbox held up? Without an ability to slide a bit when stopping, the first gear often strips out.
Seems like power wheels would sell an up grade kit so you can add stuff as your child grows thats a great idea for you shark tank people all I want is 10%.
The kids haven't drove it much. I'm going to put a 12v in it, and then trash the car to see how well the flex seal holds up, I will give an update soon
Well I did it. I applied 2 coats on my Power Wheel Ford F150 6V wheels . After giving it 2 weeks to cure completely while I finished all other mods to the truck.
thats a really cool idea too... curious how long that Flex Seal holds up on asphalt for long periods of time. My daughter is only 18mo and Im not concerned about speed right now, but i want longevity and traction. Thanks for the tip... i saw your comment on a 2 week review, how long did this hold up?

Sweet idea with that flex seal, saves a shit load of time instead of cutting bike tires and playing around with zip screws and what not!
THANK YOU 👏 for posting this!
Brilliant! Thanks for showing this. I had the idea in my head, looked it up and realized you did it. Now, so shall I. ;)
That’s an interesting idea- I’m gonna try this on my daughter’s power wheel.
