Nice property, only thing missing is an outdoor kitchen. For that price, should already be there. Pools are really a preference thing. Not much of a pool guy🤷🏽♂️🤣

Very nice functional layout. But for 3.8 Mill, the bathroom cabinets, vanities and built in all look like generic builder grade.
Plus if you're going to design a house with generous tall windows, make the external doors the same height - the smaller doors to the outside ruin the line.

You should start showcasing your videos at night, with intros transitioning from daytime to night time so viewers can see what the house will look like at night with the ambient lighting. 🎉🎉 keep them coming…. Also, when cameras approach windows have them look down, so that viewers can see the view from above.
Why are so many of these houses so beautiful inside yet their exterior so......dull, so unimaginative?

Great house but it’s always so disappointing when the designers choose tiles, countertops, fixtures and cabinet colors using their own tastes and color choices. Looking at this place I’d have to redo the entire kitchen and bathrooms. They just look cheap and institutional for a $3 million plus home.
Awesome house. I wish they had picked nicer bench tops…and not a fan of the floors…they look orange and like a busy patch work…
Over All the house was nice until we got to the primary bathroom not very good layout. The tub was put in such an awkward place unfortunately it ruined, what could’ve been an amazing bathroom!!

I always enjoy the intro to these videos because of the information given about the property. But then you switch over to random loud music. It would be better if you had the continued presence and personality of the realtor actually showing you and informing you about the finishes and amenities of the home as you would if you were actually taking a home tour as a buyer.

I don't know why exactly but this house feels very nostalgic. Reminded me of 70s split levels and ramblers. It's different and I love it. My one nit with it besides no pantry (pantries are internet porn to me, m'kay) is that too many windows appear to be inoperable.

After paying almost $4 million, you have to spend tens of thousands on window coverings.😮
A bit over priced considering that it doesn't have a pool.
Be a no go for me very disappointed with the design choices I prefer white cabinets hate black countertops not fan of lighting for price point the hardwoods prefer light tone but wider planks thar color has a yellow undertone. The fireplace colors terrible. Just totally opposite in ever way of my preference. I know with a new build not customer there might be a few things you will change but I didn’t see much at all I liked. I love white very classic look French doors. Than with a modern look. I would not pay 3.8 no wow factor. And that master that tile is hideous to busy all over the walls. Don’t know who designed that home but terrible I’m sure someone might like that, to many prettier designs out there for this to even compare in my opinion.

I have seen beauiful homes in Franklin Tenn and especially in St. George Utah.
And of course in my region ( thousands of homes for years ) .

Golden is better
It's gorgeousness; but, I wouldn't want to live in such a big house and or I wouldn't want to spend over a million dollars for housing, even if I were loaded with money, but, it's truly a rich as in beautiful listed as house that has beautiful scenes 👀 seen in each of the rooms shown by the attached 🎥 video of the house showings that looks 👀 looks moreso like a mansion to me; including by the listed as high price appears as price persons would pay for a mansion and or for persons that's rich to have lots of money and a big family and or loves to entertain amongst such beautifulness is sooo beautiful.👌↗I'm not 👀 watching to buy; I just choose to 👀 watch to see such beauty that appears amongst the RUclips site for me to see; and often I love to make comment or comments about the scenes.
The biggest flaw with this house is that the vents are on the floor 😭. Other than that, dream home!
