I've previously assumed that it's just an anti-establishment message comparison, but I just can't see anything at all comparative, and I swear i have genuinely tried...
@@thegoddessnyx4175 Not comparable really...just the fact that he speaks out against the system. He's got a great F U vibe 😆 I dig the fact that both of them speak the truth and aren't worried about what people think. Plus he's independent and he and Nova do ALL the work.
REN took Fishers EDM track and put his lyrics over it, but also reproduced the track to fit everything together. The squid games reference with ‘red light green light was all added by Ren. He is a master at singing, rapping, producing, guitar, piano, drums, acting, story telling, directing and pretty much everything else involved in his craft. Someone like him comes along once in a generation. After everything he has endured to get to where he is today is simply remarkable. He is a genuine treasure and needs protecting at all costs. There is nobody like him at present and he is breaking into new genres and cultures like never seen before. He is quite simply a genius.
That one exhausts me! My brain and eyes were kind of losing it. LOL Still great though, fun and poppy and dance in the chair song. Fisher music is great also.
Another great reaction, and don't worry we ALL feel dumb in the face of this sort of genius. I've never watched so many reactions of this man's work. I think it's become some sort of addiction. HELP...........!!
In my world there are two GOATs. Ren and Dimash. I just got done watching your "Ren experience" on "Losing It" while losing it. He is a master of the lyrics and of keeper of attention. However, I'm assuming other people have recommended Dimash to you, and I don't see this GOAT on your list. Dimash has definitely the most incredible voice EVER. His style is unique. He also has the ability to grasp attention during any performance. He can make your jaw drop and Goosebumps happen more than ANY performer on RUclips or on earth. I can't even list a favorite from DIMASH anymore. Everything is so perfect that it's really unbelievable which is why he has so many reactioners views jump up dramatically on subs because of the powerful force of his followers. Ren and Dimash capture My Day's Attention more than anybody for months now. I've listened to both of these people, literally, more than people I love, which is a bit embarrassing. I would love to see you with classical ears listen to Dimash and start with SOS and go to Stranger and Olympico for powerful performances. Then there are his covers which are better than originals even, which is really weird. For example, Ava Maria has been done a million times but NOT with no words and the last note being the most perfectly sung note in history, IMHO by Dimash. On Hi Ren, It was hard to believe his 9 minutes song f flew by in like a 4 minute song it was SO captivating. Both artists have this ability to speed time on performances. You'll understand why Dimash is considered the GOAT after experiencing him the first time. There is no need to try to convince you. You'll know after any of his songs sung. Ren and Dimash either inspire incredibly or make intelligent talented artist more depressed from the difference of talents they experience after listening. Most recover. Lol
@@MrsRealistic those are the two artists that increase viewers or subs or whatever you want to call it the most. Do not look up anything on DIMASH. You can trust your gut which one will be right to pick first. I promise you you will be picking more later to review. He changes people's lives a lot. He's number one GOAT and Ren number 2, IMHO.
@@MrsRealistic When you said you were a fan af classical stuff I wondered if you had reacted to Dimash... I agree re what with what rockypower1981 has said, though I would start with the one most people do ad that is a song Called SOS - there are various performances, all are great for different reasons. I promise if you like emotion in songs the Dimash will not disappoint.

Been watching your Ren videos.. finally subscribed. Would love to see you react to Aurora, I think you might really enjoy her. I’d recommend Murder Song (5,4,3,2,1) live at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert!

I find myself regularly bringing him up in conversations. He’s really grabbed my attention. Great reaction as always. Also wanted to say that I just watched your reaction to Su*cIde and wanted to say that it was a touching reaction and well done. 👍
Thank You for your share I feel he is not in any category or genre which is essentially a rigid belief system in a sense there are no walls with ren to be boxed in ,he is what the craft of the art is,he is the embodiment of artistic expression he is a diamond in a sea of rough he is multifaceted and shines beautifully even when expressing as in hi ren shining his light through his own darkness and struggles,i hope he stays independent no label sadly music industry can be quite synthetic, anyway thank you for.this💙💎🕊️ Thank you ren and chinchilla chalk outlines live is very cathartic for me near 30yr of depression and healing myself everyday this helps a lot at times watching and feeling my feelings in the moment is healing....... apologies for going on and on however this is life and its a big ole classroom here on mother earth 💙💎🕊️
You put that so eloquently and purely... thank you! Chalk outlines was one of the most beautiful songs I've heard... it choked me up big time! I hope he stays independent as well. I've seen and heard the horrors of the music industry and I don't think they serve anyone.
I hope people notice Ren wearing a squid game track suit when the track says "red light green light" and he says pop one, pop two, pop three men, meaning the other rappers are being eliminated from the game and 456 is going to be the last man standing. Ren is a genius.
Love this one! I can tell you what I’ve learned from listening to reactors to this song who are more Ren’s contemporaries and male-there’s hardly a line in this that isn’t a clever reference to something in popular culture (ie. video games, professional wrestling, etc.). I’m a 60 year old female and love learning this stuff but will NEVER pick most of it up on my own. Doesn’t mean I won’t listen to Ren non stop! P.S. I wonder if Ren’s ability to film so naturally in these crowds is from all his experience busking (plus talent and personality). “The Hunger” is actually a much more technically intense rap song of Ren’s and would be a great one for you. New sub here. 😊
Thank you so much! I look forward to checking out The Hunger. It's on the list! Many of his songs that I've covered take a few listens to really HEAR, or so I've found. Blessings to you!

@@jeffmartin_UK We had a neighbor, back when we lived in California, who had these two dogs that would sit along their driveway and bark at us as we drove past each day. My husband would slow down and say "hey guys, it's cool..." And they'd kind of tuck their tails and go back up their driveway. One day when he slowed down we noticed that they were COVERED in ticks that were full of blood, in their ears all over their faces, butt and paws. My husband walked up to the neighbor's house and told them if they didn't want to take care of the dogs that we would take them to the vet for them, otherwise he was going to call the humane society. They said they'd get them looked at, and the next day when we drove by, the dogs were tick free. 😊
@@jeffmartin_UK they're not super common here where we are in Texas either, but it depends on where you are... same with the area in which we lived in CA. We had a 5 acre property, and all of the neighbors had about that as well, so lots of "raw" land but our dogs never got ticks. I'm thinking maybe their dogs went out into the bush alone, with the thicker brush etc or something. They would just roam around, never fenced in. We were just glad the owner finally pulled his own head from his ass. 🤣

I'm wondering if you can explain to me or give an example so that I can try to comprehend what others are seeing and the comparison that many give to Ren's talent and artistry to tom?
I truly think he is a genius. I've never heard anything like him and doubt I will again!
He is so cheeky - i love em!!! Skillz
360 camera's is what made those angles possible.
That one exhausts me! My brain and eyes were kind of losing it. LOL Still great though, fun and poppy and dance in the chair song. Fisher music is great also.
It was definitely packed with a plethora of visual and audio attacks 😆
Another great reaction, and don't worry we ALL feel dumb in the face of this sort of genius. I've never watched so many reactions of this man's work. I think it's become some sort of addiction. HELP...........!!
😆 Yes I think a support group is necessary!
How do you not have more followers?

Don't worry about it. This is one of those rare instances of a healthy addiction.
@@colnixon8989 🤣 Spot on!
Ren is so awesome!!!
Lol
Thank you for the great list! I've not heard of him yet! 👍

It's not rambling if it's the truth 😉 I agree with everything you said, by the way.

Been watching your Ren videos.. finally subscribed. Would love to see you react to Aurora, I think you might really enjoy her. I’d recommend Murder Song (5,4,3,2,1) live at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert!

I continuously marvel at the power of this human. Rens ability to connect is in another stratosphere. It’s comforting knowing I’m not alone in seeing what it is I see when I listen to Ren. I find myself regularly bringing him up in conversations. He’s really grabbed my attention. Great reaction as always. Also wanted to say that I just watched your reaction to Su*cIde and wanted to say that it was a touching reaction and well done. 👍

It’s cheeky. Btw his long time friend and videographer, Sam, said Ren is about 14 in his head. 🤣😂
Thanks for the reaction. 👍
I think my 53 year old husband is also 14 in his head. 🤣
Just superb, amazing.

I feel he is not in any category or genre which is essentially a rigid belief system in a sense there are no walls with ren to be boxed in ,he is what the craft of the art is,he is the embodiment of artistic expression he is a diamond in a sea of rough he is multifaceted and shines beautifully even when expressing as in hi ren shining his light through his own darkness and struggles,i hope he stays independent no label sadly music industry can be quite synthetic, anyway thank you for.this💙💎🕊️
Thank you ren and chinchilla chalk outlines live is very cathartic for me near 30yr of depression and healing myself everyday this helps a lot at times watching and feeling my feelings in the moment is healing....... apologies for going on and on however this is life and its a big ole classroom here on mother earth 💙💎🕊️
Someone else had mentioned this. I haven't watched squid games...I guess I should!
I love everybody who has found Ren. I especially love your heartfelt and on point reactions. So glad to share this reniverse with you. 🪘🎶🎸🏆
Aww thanks! I'm so happy to have been introduced to him!
After going down the Ren Rabbit hole, this guy does it all. He has his own style and way of doing things. He is amazing. Peace!
He sure is! 😁🙌

I actually have that one in the queue to edit! So it'll be up soon!
Fisher is an Australian producer who did this dance track, Ren is rapping over the top! just brilliant!
I recognized the "losing it" part in the song, but didn't know who it was from.
This is a really GOOD reaction video. You are concise and insightful, and it was a pleasure to watch your video. The brief rewind after each comment made it feel like I watched his song without interruption, but learned something extra along the way. Thanks!
You're so kind, thank you! I REALLY enjoyed this one! So happy and upbeat!
Glad I just found your channel through this Ren reaction -dig your vibe lady! POWER is an upbeat track you might like if you haven't reacted to yet. On Ren's channel, the Live/Busking playlists are pretty awesome -they contain solo stuff and collaborations with The Big Push(an band he was/is in), Chinchilla, and Sam Tompkins which are musts. @@jeffreyallen-uw9uh I was in Canada at the time and saw Live on the Canadian version of MTV called "Much Music". At that age I hung out with mainly people who listened to heavy metal, but also a lot of rap. The first time I heard them, I was like, I NEED THIS ALBUM... and it wasn't even out anywhere in the town in which I lived, or anywhere in Canada yet, if I'm not mistaken. I believe a friend of mine actually picked it up for me on a trip to Alaska. I got ALL their albums, but ended up losing them all after I got divorced the first time, and moved to the US after I met my current hubby...I think I might purchase some more cds tho since my Pathfinder is a 2013 that still has a cd player 😆 I'm actually editing my "I shot the sheriff/ road to zion/ hip hop" version and it should be up in the next couple of days! This is a really fun song to watch reactors do. It’s a departure from his serious work and shows he can take himself less seriously. That’s a great quality to have as a musician and probably helps with balance on his more prolific music.
There has only been one song he did that I didn’t care for and even then he did a live version of it where he completely retooled it and it was great.

I'd never heard of Ren, and I'm in the UK, until a Twitter post from a British comedian, Marcus Brigstocke, where he showed a picture of Tic with it's head still buried in his skin. Someone replied, warning about Lyme disease and mentioning Ren. I've been obsessed ever since. ❤
My husband had a tick on him once after a hike and I took it off of him. It was one of the grossest things ever... still alive and moving 🤮
@@MrsRealistic Yeah, they're really disgusting. I've had to deal with quite a few that have got on to my dog. 😒 Horrible things. X
@@MrsRealistic Oh that sounds terrible. Over here in the UK Ticks don't seem to be very prevalent. My dog has only had a few over the years luckily. X
Good Evening! Ramble on....I still enjoy it.

Yesterday I saw a reaction to this and the guy hated it. What he seemed to hate the most was the fact that Ren is so popular.
