I thought St Louis County had a rule against powered flight in all county parks? I just looked and it doesn't specifically ban it from Clive Cave Park. Interesting
This reminds me of a joke (NSFW) I heard a comedian do on the radio in Columbus, Ohio. He said he wanted to fly over a women's prison and drop cucumbers ...because they need their vegetables.
