      Hi sure no problem:1. Sweet potato puree: Sweet potatoes 150g, sliced and microwaved till fully cooked. Then puree it with 20g condensed milk and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
      2. Mochi mix: Mix up 2g baking powder, 180g milk, 180g sticky rice flour, 1 egg, 30g sugar and 30g vegetable oil. Please make sure everything is full combined.
      3. Pour half of the mix into a 6-inch or 16cm mold, then use a piping bag to layer the sweet potato puree, put some cheese on top of the puree, and then cover the puree by the other half of the mochi mix.
      4. Bake at 355 Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius degree for 40 minutes then it’s done and done 😊
