Cerys. You’re genuinely amazing. So inspiring, incredibly hardworking and beyond beautiful. You’re special and you’re worth it. Please continue with the nursing vlogs and the inspiration; they’re incredible and you’re empowering all of the nurses and future nurses out there more than you know. Thank you for being amazing. God Bless You♥️🌺
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful comment! I really hope so. Nursing is a wonderful career and I want to shine some positivity on it 🤍
Hey lovely! I will speak about it at some point. Essentially be super keen to get all the required training done. I did all my nicu courses and qualifications asap and then I got quite lucky because my unit launched a band 5 to band 6 progression package. I had to spend 6 months practicing being in charge & consolidating my knowledge as well as completing learning and reflections and then I had a meeting with my manager and she deemed me ready for an automatic sister promotion. If your unit doesn’t do this, most units want at least 6-12 months experience post QIS before applying for a band 6 role x
@@Nurse_cerys really enjoyed the gym and hike content! Would love to see more around your job but understand it’s not possible due to the nature but arriving and leaving was fun to see! Definitely loved the imperfect consistency quotes, it’s helped my motivation after 3 weeks off doing exercise to restart today on my lunch break so thank you 🙏🏼 x
