Next time you make Dill ride in the bucket and YOU drive the mid drive, belt powered, CVT hub, torque sensing bike. You just experienced a tiny bit...it's crazy right? Now you see why I never installed the speed or cadence sensors for my TSDZ2 mid drive on the FT-CXS I keep destroying lol why bother? I didn't have to do anything out of the box but slap it on, connect the battery and display, and rock and roll with torque sensing already built in the motor. I haven't even upgraded the FW yet. Stupid thing just works and I have a complex pedal assist need. No more throttle fatigue, which is a thing if you ride long/hard. Check Saddle Mountain on a map...lol that moment when your shoulder and neck are dying and you almost hope you do run out of gas so you have an excuse to walk it out. Never knew how much I disliked hand throttles until I didn't have one. Truth.

I got the same one, a Green Alpha. I get around 40+ mile range consistently X1 motor assist with peddling around 21-24 mph. Got about 200 miles on it so far, got it April 7th. Tus. Az.

Cool bike but wish you could get a Soul bike to test, proper mean cool beach cruiser with an electric motor, built up and sold in the U.S, nice upright riding position in lots of cool colours, ripe for customising too! Guy to speak to is Jim Decker.
I had chao yangs on my fat tad when it came, the two front ones I ate up in less than a month and not a lot of riding lol though they have been blackberry resistant so there's that since I thought they'd pop instantly

My beef is that when I get on a steep incline none of the stock fat tires with the lugs sized like zits can't grip - it's like my cousin vinny's car, im peddlin and the wheel's doin' nothin' lol Once I hear that *skrtch skrtch* I know I can't get up that hill, not because lack of power or desire but because no traction - that's why the huntsman is going on the back and why I'm way more interested in how it's been for traction/inclines than weight. There's no way in hell I'm putting TWO of those on the front, that would add like 15lbs to the bike - the speedsters are going on the front and should weigh less, plus they look like the tread matches the bald spot on the original tires with some grippy stuff on sides, which should be good for carving hard on any surface...maybe the Speedsters are better for the terrain you ride, you're not bouldering or climbing mountains normally and most people borrow bikes when they travel, so those should be outfitted for wherever you ended up going to since they're from that place. They should actually wheelie okay too because by and large every ebiker that's got a demo talking about the huntsman has said it's great but very *tall* and quite *heavy* compared to whatever they had on before, so the speedsters should take you back much closer to your original tire.

@@RoseUnseen yeah, it should be good to go 15 miles on one charge throttle only. i think it's good out to 40 miles throttle only on a full battery.
