Carson City Stuff I Like - Part 11. The coins that never were - 1886-1888.

The original Carson City Mint did not produce coins dated 1886-1888.
In the end of 2014 and early 2015, at the old CC Mint, on Coin Press 1, "the coins that never were" were finally struck.

I agree. Far better than the 2023 Fiji 1886-1888-CC Morgans commissioned by a TV coin seller. These were minted in the same building and on the same press as hundreds of thousands CC Morgans.......not Fiji. Thanks for watching.
