Have been subscribed for over a month, downloaded a bunch of assets, able to use literally none of it. When you message support the bot just opens a ticket promising a 24 hour turn around, I have 2 tickets just sitting there. Their customer service is non-existent, marketing is top notch, however once you pay them they want nothing else to do with you. The tutorials that come with the assets only show you how to work with the assets as stand alone, not how to apply them to your existing footage. Their assets are so difficult and complex to use that they even have a separate category for "Easy to use templates". And one small detail - since I was able to download their assets (regardless of if I was able to use them or not) there are no refunds. There are better alternatives out there.

@@MotionArrayTutorials I received an email from motion array at 2 am asking me “if I still needed help since I haven’t replied” lol that was the first and only communication I’ve received. I moved on to Envato Elements, was able to use their assets right away, and with those that I needed assistance with, I was able to get assistance promptly. All before I could even get a reply email from Motion Array. lol. Lmfao even
