Great tips dude! I'd love to have a drone with the hyperlapse mode. I just absolutely love how they look but I don't really have anything to create them easily with, so I don't create them at all.
It's not the program, they pretty much all do the same job if you spend enough time learning the basics. I was a Vegas user for years, all the way back to it's Sonic Foundry days. I've been using Da Vinci Resolve for about 3 years. I changed purely because Vegas is PC only and I work on Mac also. That said, I'm really happy I changed, Da Vinci Resolve is amazing, but I bet Vegas is still great too. DVR has a completely free version which will be enough for most users and there is a wealth of tutorials to learn from. I paid for the full version within a week of testing it.

This was sooo sooo good....what is the name of the transition you were using on option 9 the differe t locations?
Very good! I may change my editing program. I now use sony vegas, but I see that with Premier Pro you can do much more.
