It’s because they used fruit juice in the mixture - you get a higher quality bone that way vs. plain water.
I break bones for a living and can verify this message. Good quality bones break with 3 standard table hits or less.
I love how the guy making the bone makes sure to clean the bits of the bone mixture that spilled over the edge of the mold and then just lets it all spill when he puts it in the oven.

3. The fact they want you to send in these bones that day, yet it takes 4-5 days to make them.
Will is an amazing comedic actor with a lot of range, cheers will!
Maybe someone sent him squirrel bones and that's why his arms are stuck like that.
That might explain why he can't keep his eyes open and why he talks so slow. His body is rejecting it and all the energy is being used for that.

I know it's just a comedy skit (It's one of my favorites. I love Tim and Eric and Tom Goes to the Mayor) but I can't help but think of dumbasses watching him say "DO NOT send in squirrel bones. I am deadly serious about this." and then send in 20 pounds of squirrel bones thinking it's ok. And they're mixed in with good bones that they would actually use. I KNOW IT'S JUST A SKIT!!! Will Forte is one of my top 10 favorite actors, but I still can't help but think of things like that. This video still makes me laugh though. Lol. Water or fruit juice. Haha!
