a video on short balls to the backhand would be good. That's what i struggle with the most.

For a high short ball are we aiming to hit the ball above the equator of the ball? For baseline groundstrokes its good to get under the ball for spin but as its short and high is the opposite better?

Good stuff. Why must the semi open stance be used for high balls and the neutral (sideways) stance be used on low balls? Why can't the neutral stance be used for high balls?
