    You have done great mahi ( work ) on yiur rifle ls . Well done.
    I LOVE lob sights too.
    Set yourself up 1 day with dusty ground & shoot from an elevated position and have a spooter alongside.
    Its VERY interesting to see how far & close you can get to a target. Great Fun. Have a go .
    I hoping you mak som more movies.

    The brass oil bottle holds gun oil for oiling the working parts not the woodwork and the rope as you called it is called a “pull through” which together with 4x2 flanellette cleans the barrel. Both found on all British rifles including all Lee Enfields and P14s

    Vickers not Vicker and they only made a handful and said they could not achieve the work as they had much war work already. US companies were Winchester Remington and Eddystone
