I couldn't possibly imagine that this silly little bit of Elven embarrassment could be turned into something beautiful and whimsical and so, so Elvish. THANK YOU!
This is actually the best version, I'm really impressed by this interpretation of the song. The other versions of this song are either just weird or not fitting for an elvish song. Expertly done Bluefax. Your version of The Hobbit in general is the best out of all, even the Andy Serkis version although that version is good too.
This piece captures the feeling Elves evoke for me: Beauty so high that tears come to my eyes, that smallest hint of sadness among the joy...the sadness is just a fleeting feeling, gone as I smile to hear them singing. I wish I could go to Rivendell.
Lovely song! Thank you so much! I miss your readings of The Hobbit. Your's is the best out there. I would love to hear them again. Thank you again! 😊💖🙏
I have perhaps the strangest suggestion I have ever came up with but here it goes.. Would you like to perhaps do a cover of the 1977 Animated The Hobbit movies' "In the Valley, Ha! Ha!"? It is essentially the same song that the Elves sang whilst Thorin and Co. was travelling to Rivendell, with a lil' work done on the lyrics. I leave a link here for all who are yet to find the movie/songs themselves! ruclips.net/video/O5vu8vU9yCw/видео.html Ps. The whole Hobbit 1977 OST is worth listening to, just my humble opinion of course. Pps. I enjoyed Bluefax song too, great work!
I do like that film and their songs! I don't have any plans to do alternative covers myself though. Thanks for the suggestion, you must love that song! :)
Wow, you managed to perfectly capture the attitude and atmosphere of elvish singing in this song
