I have not yet had a chance to wear this strap, however I am looking forward to getting it on wrist. I have a Damasko with a Damasko branded Hirsh Robby strap, and it is very comfortable.
it's a good strap from hirsch austria, better than generic $19 silicone one which will absorb any dust in just few months. an integrated quick release spring bar system is a plus.
I am a big fan of Hirsch. I have this strap and it's easily one of the best. Caoutchouc is well-known for immediately forming to the wrist.

I can't wear silicone straps anymore. Not after experiencing rubber, fkm rubber, and other blends of rubber straps.

The quick release straps are saving my lugs from spring bar tools.
Yes, and they are so much easier to swap in and out as well.
Do you prefer the Hirsch or Montreux strap?
I have not worn the Hirsch yet, but first impressions I am leaning towards the Montreux straps.
Is this the short version of the hirsch pure?
I checked with the original owner and he thinks that it is the medium length.
