I have been teaching for 24 years. As a director of dance it is very hard for me because I can no longer do high leaps. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few years back some days are impossible but I will never stop dancing. How can i get my leaps at least 4 inches off the ground instead of 5 lol.

What is that position she was standing in at first called?
When she was just standing and listening that would be a relaxed fourth position but she started the combination in fifth position.

I'm a little confused about your question. The dancer starts the combination in fifth position and the jump she is doing is called sissonne.
