I try to learn better expressions to use in my spoken and written English. As you say, English learners don't prefer using intensifiers in their sentences. However, to be native-like, It's vital to use more interesting vocabulary in our conversations. I can't agree more with you. People shouldn't be gullible, instead they should know who they are--rectify their weaknesses and improve their strenghts based on what is universally moral. Many people nowadays are manipulative and emotionally insecure. Coping up with unnecessary changes they promote will load life with unnecessary burden. The desire to be unique to the point where one becomes a deviant is one of the causes of social imbalance. In fact, these type of people are too plenty now and they cause the rapid changes of cultures around the world. Coping up with these changes obviously will complicate one's character and ultimately life. Protect yourself; don't be gullible!
