- In his debut on NewsNation, host Chris Cuomo says his goal is simple: speaking to all Americans in a way that doesn't cater to an angry fringe on any side, while changing the game in politics and media.
Cuomo says the majority of Americans are not concerned about what’s popular on social media, or what’s right or left - but rather what’s reasonable.
Launching his new show “CUOMO,” he says his mission will be to approach stories in a way that doesn’t generate outrage, but rather brings Americans together to focus on what works.

I think it’s amazing! However, many of the people that were upset with Chris including myself, are happy we can watch/listen to him again. One thing that strikes me is how threatening NewNation seems to be to the status quo media.

@Tony Santan Whoa! Wow, Satan, everyone on earth makes mistakes!! Chris was really in a tough bind. He and his brother are both public figures, and their personal details may come out, but I forgive him for all that. Geez, he was btwn a rock and a hard place. Of course, he wanted to help his own brother, to support him. But unfortunately when you're a public journalist/reporter, that can make these issues alot tougher. I can tell, that he wasn't trying to do anything wrong! He badly wanted to support his brother. But yes, it's very tough, because he knows the ethics of his job too. I believe he tried to deal with that issue the best he could. That predicament would be hard for anyone. Esp if some possible bad news comes out about your own brother. Maybe ppl in those situations should let their boss know what's going on, and ask them how he should handle it, being on TV. He is good-hearted. Nothing was done to hurt anyone. He was in a tough spot.
