    Have you seen or used Volt’s new RGBW bulbs that can be taken in and out of the fixture? Uses a remote as well. Would love to see a review.

    Thanks for the video. I am looking at the VOLT RGBW G4 Infiniti 60 Integrated LED Brass Spotlight (Bronze) to replace some wall wash Nightscaping Magnaliters. I like the soft washed look of the Magnaliters but there isn't anything out there similar to them now and these might work with adjustable brightness. I currently have one in between windows on three sections of my front two story home. I am also intrigued to replace my older tree spotlights with these.

    Just found your channel while looking for landscape lighting. New sub here. I'm a DYI and I have a house in FL. I plan on adding lights to my frontyard and backyard. I need help with design, I'm thinking about getting your basic pkg. I'm into home automation (lights, sprinklers, HVAC, garage door, cameras) I want my new landscape lighting to be smart (timer, and color/brightness selection) Adam, keep up the good work, I enjoy watching your videos.

      Welcome! Thanks for the sub. Get whatever you think it most helpful. As for making the system smart, there's a couple simple ways to do that.

    Thanks for the video. Have you heard of the brand Sunvie and if so, what do you think of them?

      You're welcome! I have heard of them and know a lot of people who install them. They are decent. I would say they are an "alright" product. They last a few years and they are cheep. I would never recommend them, but I look at lighting for long lasting quality.

    Hey thanks for doing this video! Looks like it’s the same VOLT RGBW G4 Infiniti 60 I was looking at this last weekend. I do see the various colors are different max lumens and the white is the 650 but was surprised with how well the colors looked. I think I may go with these but for path lights would it look okay to just get some normal white lights and just have the spots lights do the color scheme? Don’t really see any rgbw path lights that would complement the spotlights but wonder if it looks odd having a color scheme going and then just white path lights. Thoughts?

      You're welcome! Yeah they are the same as the Infinit. Yeah, they don't have color path lights. I would look into their color LED bulbs for a path light, you won't be able to change the colors with the remote, but it could match the color scheme.

      @@aklighting8292 okay, i would probably do white most of the year, just holidays i would do colors so maybe its not worth it for the path lights.

      @@aklighting8292 Am I seeing that they now carry a color changing pathlight bulb replacement on their website? This would make for the perfect set up year round with the ability to control the colors. Do you know if they RGBW lights will work with their smart light kits?

    Do the lights keep the same color when they turn off and back on?

    • @aklighting8292
      @aklighting8292  2 года назад

      I believe so. I didn't check. I don't see why they wouldn't because they are remote controlled.

    is that a 3d printed enclosure?.......volt sells something similar. edit: just realized this is volt lmao. i need to make more coffee. do u like hue lights? i heard the stakes are cheap and they are p[oor qulaity for the price? volt has better quality build overall..? agree?

    I wish these companies would sell low powered remote for people who have multiple lights which need to be controlled individually. 15ft is better than the 50ft range the remotes have which come with lower end lights. More than 6ft is over kill for many people better hope your neighbor does not have the same lights you have lol.

      The fx luminaire Luxor system with zdc fixtures is king. Zdc means zoning , dimming, and color changing. Then it connects to your Wi-Fi and you can create entire programs . For example a Christmas program where you set the color of each light to Christmas colors and change it to that with a single press of a button. It’s not cheap. The transformer is like $1200 and the fixtures are like $200 each. This junk isn’t really worth it. The Luxor can do 16 million different colors as well as any kelvin temperature you’d like
