Great video giving away some tricks of the trade. Another tip: shrink tube the wire connection on the heavy head to prevent it from cutting into the bait over time.
Great idea! I hope the bait is trashed by fish before the wire wears through. Lol Anything we can do to help others catch more fish is a good thing! Can't wait until you share your Suick mods!
Not yet. Don’t tell Karen😉. I have the weighted heads, but not the Pitbulls. I will probably get the hooks as well. Sounds like they are hard to get? Do you recommend steel leader for the action? Single or multi strand if yes?
Thanks for another great video! Do you have any suggestions for fishing a deep shield lake without electronics where its hard to locate deeper weed lines and shallower weed areas are extremely pike infested?
@@kylesaric3652 Thx for watching! In general, if sand areas have shallow weeds, you cab usually count on a deep weed line at the 8'-12' break lines. Where sand rolls off into deep water. Without any electronics it can be hard to follow, but a slow rolling rubber bait will tell you there are weeds there. Again, in general, stay away from the backs of shallow bays to avoid those annoying little pike. You won't find many big muskies in those areas any way.
Great information brother, awesome video.
@@mitchellgenz1373 Thx Mitch!

@@James_vasmillionthevile thanks James! You pick any of these up yet?

I like a 9" solid steel wire leader for that type of bait.
Great Video Glenn. What size of the Viper rattle are you using?
Hey Matt, sorry I didn't include that or a link. But I use the large size.
😊Great info
