The 5 things I learned about Goldberg through this video are
    1. Goldberg dealing with people that make fun of him is sure sweet
    2. He thought Konnan was a bump in the road
    3. His first nationally televised match was, um, his match with Hugh Morrus, Nitro, the 22nd of September, his coming out match, was, very taxing.
    4. He looks at people now as he looks at everyone else as he looks at everyone else through the process
    5. He thought the flock was a bump in the road

@@Ian-Omega I figured someone would point out "Shiovani". Yes, it was all incompetence, I was making a joke, but Schiavone's name being messed up was simply a case of the VHS production staff likely not being given the names of everyone featured, so they went with a phonetic spelling.
Disco, though, had his name completely messed up! The staff likely heard "DIS-CO FEEEE-VER!" from his theme song & just thought that was his name. They could have called him "Disco Blaze" & it would have at least been more accurate. As Konnan once said in a jokingly dry way, "It's Disco"; don't take it so seriously.

Watching this RUclips video was a new experience for me. I saw Bill Goldberg's face on the thumbnail and saw that Wrestling Bios was the creator, so I did what I always do: I took care of business. I liked and subscribed and then I watched another. I don't remember watching this video but I'm proud that I did. The intensity is what got me through this video. It's the same intensity that I carry with me into every video I watch.

I was always under the impression that Dean Malenko created the Jackhammer.
But then I also want it to be true when Terry Funk claimed to invent the Texas Cloverleaf.
11:19 Felt the wrath of his tackle? Just be glad you haven't felt the wrath of Alex Wright's tackle, buddy.

Thank you for deep diving through these! I could never find all of them as a kid, I got into wrestling when rental stores were going out of business left and right and it has hard to find them. I got lucky and found DDP's at a yard sale, it's honestly quite good and a solid look back at his face run. It's honestly real motivational and entertaining, I used to watch it a ton in high school when I played Football for inspiration. He's a mixture of being real and in character and he's entertaining as hell. Same for the rival interviews they are all in kayfabe minus a couple. I'm excited to see the others. Hogan's was as loony as I expected, this one was as brutish as i expected. Just another bump in the road ya know ;) lol.

During the wars, I was totally a WWF guy. But I watched a lot of WCW too, and anyone who says Goldberg wasn’t popular is either dreaming or intentionally lying. Goldberg was massively popular. They handled him and the streak very well. Of course, being WcW, they ruined it with the Nash/Taser incident that turned out being his first loss. I always thought that he should have kept the streak alive, and gradually have Bill get more arrogant and unappreciative of the fans. Then he does something egregious (like spearing a face) for personal gain. Then he is a heel, but not a normal heel. He doesn’t use heel tricks or have outside help or use chairs. He just becomes more brutal and dishes out unnecessary pain. Eventually, someone like Sting has to end it. Could have been great.

I learned that Goldberg can’t conduct an interview (wait, knew that), that Goldberg was not sure who he was fighting next (no, knew that too), that Goldberg didn’t need a “The WCW” counter, that Bobby Heenan should have become Goldberg’s mouthpiece (and been a major non-nWo heel), and uh, he has the charisma of a bump in the road.
