@Sariapi Thank you very much. I'm happy to hear my videos are helping you out. I'm not sure of anywhere you can order 30 pieces and get them for under two dollars especially if they are black or colored T-shirts. Plus you have to consider shipping. But sourcing T-shirts is not the sort of thing I can really help you out with. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠
@fastr1337 I have seen it done on larger print runs but I agree with you. I wouldn’t want to do a large order like this. The blend changes over time and eventually needs to be started again. At some point you have to clear the ink off and start over. It’s really a special effect good for certain jobs and certain designs. Like a 12 piece order you want to spice up. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@erinburgezz Thanks, glad you like the videos. There is a Book Store page on the Catspit website under the Print Supplies tab. It has all of the books I have found about screen printing for sale online. I wouldn’t recommend mixing paint and screen printing ink. If that is what you mean. If it is the same type of ink, then it is o.k. There’s an ink mixing page on the website too! Thanks for watching and commenting!
@bullet101ANDSUM Hey there, glad you like my videos. You can use a heat gun to cure plastisol inks but it will be difficult to be consistent and at times hard not to burn the tee shirt fabric. You may want to try a more even and wider heating device. I’ll send you a video on some options for this. Good luck! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠
Thank you! Actually on EBay you can get very complex designs on shirts for dirt cheap. Actually these days online you can find all kinds of cheap screen printed tees if you take the time to look. Thanks so much for watching and dropping me a note. ☠
@Fuelove1 Hey there, thanks! I’m glad you like my videos. I only order and purchase my garments for orders. So I normally get a 50% deposit on most all orders before I get the shirts to print. It’s safer that way so I don’t get stuck with printed or blank tees which can happen. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠
Thanks so much for the video. I am new to this and I have a design that has 3 horizontal strips about 1 inch thick all 3 strips are up against each other. So on my drawing their is no lines. So I am puzzled on how to create my shirt. Thanks so much for your time and I subscribed .. Tony
@fr3akonwh33ls1 Yes, way more consistent, fast and reliable. I have a flash cure unit and an 8 foot belt dryer. But I don’t often turn that stuff on for videos. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠
@DIKART09 I buy my ink mixed in the bucket. There are additives you can mix in to make a matt finish. Your mesh count will depend on the artwork and perhaps the thickness of the ink being printed. Thanks for watching & commenting! ☠
Nice vid thanks !can you help with question I have I dont have a flash dryer and I printed with that pastirsol ink i thought air dry was ok and sure enough it melted XD so my question is I have heat gun with high and low setting will that do the job until I get a flash dryer ? How do I apply it without burning shirt?thanks for your videos!peace
@rJasonful Not exactly sure what you mean by honeycomb shirts. Athletic mesh? But if you are having resolution problems, generally moving to a higher mesh count should help. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠
Hey there! Your pallet size will determine what size shirts you can print as well as how big the design can be. So pallet size will depend on the job. My standard pallet size is 16x18 inches but I can’t fit youth shirts or some small ladies garments on them. For those I have to put on my smaller pallets. So you should end up having at least 2 sets of pallets and an array of other pallet sizes for commercial printing. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠
Thank you very much for all your videos But I have a query about whether the painting full of color I mean if there is to identify and interior colors and out line Will take the same way or do we add one color every time ? i hope you can under stand what i mean Thank you again

Hi! What's a good size platen for shirts? What material is suitable? I just like to add I learned a lot from your videos from applying emulsion to exposing it and flooding techniques. I'm starting my own small scale shirt printing soon.
@noodaterika You’re welcome. I think you are asking about printing a solid color “fill” with an outline. That would be done with 2 different screens set up in the press at the same time. instead of using a heat gun, would it be possible to place it on the heat press with a teflon or kraft paper sheet over it, for it to stay glossy?

What type of screen to use to do soft print shirts, and what ink to use.
