About IDICBeer 40k - NECRONS and More
My Channel is all about Warhammer 40,000 and is mainly a Necron Channel. The content on it will include 40k Battle Reports, Army Lists, Conversions, Magnetising tutorials, Painting tutorials, 40k Tactics and lots of General Hobby Tips. I have been into the hobby since 2002 and my first and largest army is Necrons and I cover all things Necrons, including Necron tactics and Tips. I also have an Eldar army, Dark Eldar army, a Tyranid army and a Space Wolves army. I'm also working on a new Slaanesh based Emperor's Children army, but that is on hold atm, but I will get to it one day! I upload videos every week.

Great list and I expect it will work quite well. The hypercrypt I am taking to a teams tournament this weekend is slightly different. I took a deceiver rather than a void dragon, for two important reasons.
1. I have a deceiver
2. I do not have a void dragon.

Nice list. Also, remember, Cosmic Presicion gives your units a "quasi-deep strike", so even if they dont have deep strike, they can still be deployed anywhere 3" inches away if they are arriving with the Army Rule,, not only from the sides

so are test it out with richerds DA BOYZ ? and hid devel dice ? LOL yes it all good on paper but how do play ? will see in the bat rep vid yes seen richerds vid first and steel root fore DA orks as do new we see new PS nice floers are thay real ? LOL

just had my first Hypercrypt Legion game this weekend with my friends.
Friend played Orks (with the Stompa)
my Monolith where taken out by the Stompa in melee, so it did not help me much.
then the Stompa where taken out by my Voiddragon and Nightbringer.
i where verry unlucky with my secondaries at the start, but turned it around at the end and won by 7 points.

Mines similar, but I'll run the nightbringer and the void dragon. Give those two deep strike and HO-LEE

Have you tried running the lokhust lord + enhancement with 6 lokhust destroyers? Rerolling hits, fishing for lethal hits on 5s - think i might try that

Limited to reserves....Unless you have monoliths :D Its so intresting to see your lists.. Its completely different reasoning than i use. i usualy use TWO monoliths, Lychguard, immortals and destroyers. I believe you have to play to the legions strenght. Deepstrike two monoliths and just mow things down. Destroyers come in and longrange snipe and then disappear just to redeploy. Unstoppable.... completely. The ability to focus that necronpower all over the board is amazing. Your monoliths can deepstrike-nuke EVERY TURN lol. Cant for the life of me see why you WOULDNT do that? And combine the two strats, Lychguard 3 inches from enemy + charge strat... lovely :D Or with Wraiths
I just like to be different and try to make lists outside the box, but don't worry, my Monoliths with be out to play one day :D NECRONS!!
Some of us don't own monoliths and the way the secondary market prices are going never will.

Nice list. Mine is very similar. I find that the hexmarks working together can use double overwatch to great effect. Looking forward to your games

@@liamrossnoble maybe underrated isn’t the right word I’d say a little overshadowed by the success of the canopy WL court, but I don’t like that detachment.
Looking forward to playing against this and how it plays. It will be tough dealing with those three c’tans. But challenge accepted

why you use immortals with gauss instead of tesla, tesla seems superior ?!? or not?
Tesla in a big unit when supported with Characters for sure, but I prefer Gauss in a smaller units atm

I don’t have him, but Trazyn seems like a natural fit for the Detachment, especially if you add a Cryptek that takes the Fulcrum, so then he’s bouncing around with sticky Objectives.
I'm not convinced. Thing is; he needs to be on the objective in the command phase for it to be Sticky, and Hyperphasing units comes on the board in the movement phase. So at the very best, he'd be able to make one Sticky objective every second round, and it would require for him to be able to move into the objective while Hyperphasing, and then stay on it throughout your opponent entire turn. That's way to many variables for it to be a safe strategy.

The Hexmarks work so well for secondaries, they never let me down at scoring some sort of points
@@IDICBeer have you tried a plasmancer/cronomancer instead ?
@@radmi2746 I have in the past, but I like the lone operative ability on the Hexmark, makes it easy to jump in, score points and be safe to rejump the next turn or to just block some space for board control
