I think the Spyders should have been higher. Simply because they can do so much, you´ll always get something out of them no matter what you do. They can reanimate scarabs, they clear out light infantry insantly well, they do decent against elite and can even chip some wounds of off big targets, you can tank shock with them, they provide defences buffs, especially vs psychic and on top of all that, their melee is not bad either. jack of all trades, master of none typa unit.
Love these kind of videos, good job! I mostly agree. Controversial take but in the Awakened dynasty I'd actually put the command barge up pretty high. A 4+ FNP with a 4++ and -1 to wound is pretty good, I've had knights struggle to damage it. I think the reanimator is also still quite good if you're going for silver tide in Awakened as well. You can proc the extra d3 4 times in a single turn between standard reanimation, res orb, stratagem, and ghost ark, while rerolling the dice. That's pretty powerful.
Command Barge is good defensively with that enhancement, but it barely does anything offensively. I just think it’s way too expensive for that at 165 points
@@veryblockycommand barge is very situation based Just for fun a deep strike a barge and 20 warrior on to the enemy home objective and yell come take it.... They did but stopping them scoring easy points cost them the game
It’s too easy to just say ‘Hypercrypt ruins the Night Scythe’. It hasn’t done that at all. It ruins it for that detachment but it has play in other detachments like Canoptek Court where you can rapid ingress it with a unit of Wraith so they can charge before it moves or Immortals to flank shoot off an objective. Get creative with it and it can work for you for sure.
Night Scythe - you can drop it on the side of the board turn 1, jump out with good angles and shoot with a unit, then jump back inside for safety. Turn 2 it could move towards opponents stronghold if you want. Hypercrypt you can keep deploying it then jumping out with a unit, then jumping back in for more safety on opponents turn, then pick it up. 4+ invul in hypercrypt, all helps keep an expensive unit safer. Really should be 125/130 pts instead though. how about the unthinkable! Trazyn + Pyschomancer + Warriors + maybe even thralls if they'll get 6'' shooting, Inside the Obeisance Phalanx that lacks agility... sticky obj, up and downs, +1 wound shooting/melee and the -1 damage strat. Potentially dishing out -2 battleshocks if their warlord is killed. Could be a nuisance!
Minor opinion… Spyders work best in the Obeisance Phalanx. They have the Vehicle keyword so they can use the Nanoassembly Protocol which could be annoying for the enemy when they have 6 wounds.
If we ignore the costs etc Seraptek - very high. Above vault Tess ark - about AA but below triarch stalker Stalker - this is a monster Sentinel - this is a monster
I would say that ccb is the worst. I don't understand it why if it has an overlord doing a ridalong, does its stats stay the same as an anilation barge and not go up by 6 wounds. Why not combine these and add the destructor to the ccb.
Honestly I can’t hardly understand you with the bad audio I was very interested in this topic but ended up not watching it… I recommend lapel microphones
It wasn't great, but it was perfectly understandable. You must not watch a lot of RUclips videos if you thought that was bad audio. You missed a good video.
It wasn’t my best but wasn’t bad enough to be upset. A pin was commented in regards to the mics, we made the error of wearing them on the hip. Wont be doing that again
Bit of a mistake wearing the mics on the hips. This won't happen again

Yeah if I take SK or monolith I take one. They always come in clutch
just wish they was a bit faster ;p

I don’t like it currently. Needs to buff units like in 9th to be worthwhile

wraiths can infiltrate with an enhancement (on the techno ) with the canoptek court... rather do that and save the points
@@Planet40K I infiltrate with a gun line of warriors and tag all three objectives turn one. Then I pick them up (they get shot up) on turn two.

easier to hyperphase without. Cosmic precision and shoot. If done with tomb blades or chrono you’ll move too

I like to run my reanimator with c,tan . The look on my opponent when yhey heal back to full is amazing 😂
😂 and you roll 2x6s
I love the Scythe models 😭😭😭
I’m not a fan of the look
@@Planet40K fair enough, not for everyone
You don't take rhe king for his damage output. You take him for the reroll hits and wounds. With some doomsday arks yhey are incredibly awesome

it's still garbage, but the doom scythe can do interesting shenanigans with Hypercrypt making it one of the most unpredictable flyers in the game.
Combined the scythes profiles and it has real shenanigans
Hi 😁
Making a slow comeback, sorry ive been out of the game
